We just had new siding and windows done on our house, garage, and shed by Tittle Brothers. From the salesman, Jake To the project manager, Mike, and all of the crew- They were all extremely professional, hard-working, and amazing! The crew took extra care, cleaning up the yard every day when they were done, and when the project was finished. The communication with everybody was also amazing! Our house looks like a brand new house! I would recommend them to everybody! We also had the gutters installed by Shawn, Phil, and Cody two days after the rest of the project was completed. recently paid fourteen thousand for a roof that has had to have nothing but repairs and nothing but a hassle with this company been done for a week and first wind storm came out to get my mail and shingles from my roof in the yard and look at the back of my house and what you know missing shingles so i called a different roof company and they came out and said and i quote "wow you got played we would have done for less than that" don't be like me save your money and shop companies and if you stick with this one put them on your speed dial cuz you're going to be calling them this company wants your money not to do their job right big scammers read more

I wish I never went with this roofing company. Poor workmanship by reason they had to redo my main roof because they did take all the bad wood off my roof . Second , they put the roof vents in on the wrong roof. They had to redo that. 3rd. They had to come back at a later date because they put in the wrong edging on my garage roof. On that that job they only put half of the right edging and didn't finish the job and left 3 bundles of shingles and other half of the edging. Tittle Bros replaced my roof but get one star for what I consider to be extremely poor customer service and dishonesty. 1. When the roofers made a mistake and had to redo work due to it failure to follow contract terms respecting installation of drip edge, I was given a very hard time about it, and one of the workers whined and complained the whole time he was redoing the work. The foreman on the site made it a point to tell me how much it was costing him to redo it. It was the opposite of professional. 2. Later, when I requested lien waivers, Greg Tittle failed to reply. 3. When I reported presence of wasp nests on the site, one of Tittle's employees informed me he would let the crew know so they could eliminate the threat. According to the crew, he failed to inform them, and the workers were swarmed and stung on my roof. I felt this created a danger and liability risk, and was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I reported the matter to Greg Tittle, who ignored me. 4. The latest snafu and last straw was Tittle's request to display its business sign in my yard in exchange for a $25 gift certificate. I agreed, and chose a pre-paid MasterCard. When the gift card company turned out to be a company the BBB said was considered to be a SCAM WHICH USED MULTIPLE TACTICS TO PREVENT REDEMPTION AND USE OF GIFT CARDS, Tittle's General Manager refused to do anything, and said that Tittle had great success with the gift card promotion. I then contacted Greg Tittle who again ignored me. Tittle posted a response to my Google review falsely representing that I redeemed and used the gift card. If you want to hire a company that will appear responsive to your needs until you sign on the dotted line, Tittle Brothers is for you. When I was younger, I maintained a Michigan law license and was a practicing trial lawyer. I handled deceptive trade practices cases, and once this review is posted, this matter is going to the State of Michigan Attorney General's office Consumer Protection Division to determine if Tittle Bros. benefited financially from gift cards that were promised to customers, but never paid out.. Litigation is under consideration. What I asked for is what I was promised - $25. What I received from Tittle Bros was - discourtesy, mistakes, false representations and zero dollars. Upon completion of my investigation, I will supplement this review and advise if Tittle Bros. was determined to be involved in a scheme to promise gifts cards and then refuse to pay. In the final analysis, although I kept trying to give Tittle Brothers the benefit of the doubt, they are worth one star to me as there were simply too many examples of poor service and questionable trade practices. read more

I would never recommend this business. I paid $23,000 like the color of the siding and everything but my gutters were crap. Had to come out probably seven times to finish all the butchering that they did from cutting the lid to my hot tub to cut my air condition wires pulling cable wires out from the telephone pole, covering up the cable wires. It's a father and son ram business. That never works out. Well they send Greg Jr that of course his favor from the owner cause he is Greg Senior very unprofessional poor quality work. To whom it may concern I would like you to know about a very poor customer service issue I experienced with your company office staff, trying to get a quote for bathroom work. I sent a request through your web page. I received a voicemail message from your company. I could not understand the name of the person calling because she spoke too fast on the phone, she was asking to get more details about the work. I returned the call, and a different young lady answered the phone, I gave her my name and said I was returning a call from someone about a request for a quote. She said someone was out to lunch, is this about a follow-up appointment? I said NO. She said she will have her return my call when she returned from lunch. I said OK, Thank you, Bye. Very unprofessional office personnel. If your work crew performs like this, no good. I never received a callback from anyone from your company. Today I sent a text message about this experience. I received a reply from Chelsy, she apologized that she did not get the message, and was sorry I felt it was very poor customer service. Good luck with your bathroom remodel. Hired Tittle to come out and replace and install a new sliding patio door. A kind gentleman came out to to do the job and notified me and my wife that there was rotting wood that needed to be replaced after he already removed the entire door and frame. He estimated it to be about $300 but after calling up his boss, Greg Tittle (the owner). He said that it would actually be an additional $600. We simply couldn't afford that amount so we agreed to have the old door put back on over the phone with a lady named Chelsea who was very rude to my wife as they were discussing how to sort all of this out. The kind installer let us know that he couldn't put the old door back on and instead placed a slab of plywood on the gaping hole in the back of our house. We were forced to allow them to do so as we have 3 small children living in the house and can't have a giant hole exposing us to the climate outside. We're just very distraught of how they handled this situation and we would like to hold them accountable for this. read more

The crew that did our roof... great job! The communication was so awful! Why am I fighting for work to be done, the right way, and in our quote/contract which we obviously are paying for! Customer service was horrible! I wouldn't recommend them at all! And again, not the workers at all, I get it, they just work there and do their craft! The company.. not worth it at all! I couldn't wait to get their sign out of my front yard and in the trash! If you quote a customer and swear by yer product that there will be no surprises of owing more, just wait for the "site manager" to come and then try and tell you, that you owe another $1200! I was unsure of the age or condition of my roof, so I reached out to Tittle Brothers for an estimate. Jake White came out the very next day and spent a good 2 1/2 hours performing a detailed inspection of my roof, even crawling in attic spaces that had not been seen since the house was build. After the inspection, Jake went over all of the details of my roof's condition and provided detailed recommendations. After answering all of my concerns and questions, he then provided an estimate, including any discounts, such as for being a senior citizen. After accepting the estimate, installation was scheduled, and the roof was installed within a week. Prior to the installation, Jake, being concerned with the house's venting, reached out to another contact and then later informed me that they would be providing additional venting, at no cost to me. The materials were delivered on the date and time promised and the installation team arrived the next day at the time promised, and the complete installation, including cleanup, was completed in one day. Jesse was the Project Manager and did a great job overseeing the project, including documenting every step of the process, including photos and providing the team with suggestions. Jesse also went above and beyond to help address one of the furnace pipes that was in bad condition and trimming some tree branches that I felt should be cut as they were scraping on the roof. Also, the team's supervisor, sorry I forgot his name, did a good job in directing the team, and the team of around 10 guys worked tirelessly throughout the day. I was completely satisfied with Tittle Brothers, their commitment to estimated times and cost, their salesman Jake White, their Project Manager Jesse, their installation team and their team supervisor, and the installation as a whole. I would definitely be willing to recommend Tittle Brothers to others seeking help with their roofing needs. KUDOS!! read more

Ruined our landscaping. Promised me three times they would put tarps over our new landscaping to protect it. They threw garbage, cigarettes, siding, roofing, nails, etc... all over our landscaping and in our new rubber mulch. Smashed our new flowers and shrubs. Shredded one of my lilac bushes putting a ladder on it. When I called and said "I thought you were going to put tarps over everything?!" They said "we'll we were in a hurry and just wanted to knock this job out." I was still nice because CJ promised they would fix it. They didn't. They picked up half the new rubber mulch with their garbage, the other half they left was filled with cigarette butts, nails and small scraps of siding and roofing. He said oh we'll deliver new mulch tomorrow. It never came. They threw garbage all over my outdoor rugs out back and knocked over plants onto the rugs. They cut the line to our Vivint security camera, I went back and looked at the video when we were trying to figure out why it didn't work. Vivint came out and said they ran staples all down the wires for our security system and cut the line. It all has to be re-wired. We paid for that. They didn't finish the front railing out front and when I asked about everything he told me what I wanted to hear that it's all coming tomorrow and then CJ blocked me. Nothing ever came. And I'm still picking their garbage out of my trees, shrubs and mulch. They only care about getting paid. They were so quick to put that ugly sign out front on my lawn. read more

Had a complete reroof 12 years ago, we have many leaks and the 10 year workmanship warranty is up. The 30 year material warranty still applies, but they won't do anything about it. After many trips up to my roof and many patches/ repairs, I have learned that Tittle Brothers used the wrong type of nails for my roof! A vaulted ceiling like mine creates a lot of pressure due to no attic on half of the house. This causes the nails to push up, thus creating leaks. Course screw-like nails will prevent this from happening, but Tittle Brothers used smooth nails ON THE WHOLE ROOF! So now I am having a new roof put on, and it will NOT be by Tittle! These guys claim to be experts, and don't even have enough competence to do the job correctly. read more

TLDR; Had a roof installed in August 2023. Sub par install and poor communication. Here is my experience with the Tittle Brothers. Large crew shows up to replace the roof. Anything in the way they will rip off the roof including down spouts. My down spouts easily come apart with screws so that I can clean them out. Well they just used a hammer and ripped them off the siding leaving a hole in the aluminum siding and the brackets unusable. They completed in a few hours. Later in the day my spouse said that house really stinks. I just figured it was from the new materials. Nope it was one of the sewer stacks that was pulled out of one of the rubber drain couplers. I was able to get the sewer stack in place but then went up on the roof and there was about an 1 inch gap because the boot on the roof was in the wrong location. Then I started looking around the roof and that is when I found missing flashing and exposed nails. Well I guess part of the process is they have an internal inspector/repair person that comes out after to actually complete the job. So I literally had holes in my roof until that person came out. The inspector/repair person is a nice person and tells about how much experience they has every time they have been out but that's not who actually does the roof nor is there when the roof is being done. I had to have them out multiple times as I kept finding cut shingles and exposed nails. The inspector/repair person acted like they were doing me a favor when repairing these things. 26-year-old roof was due for replacement. Tittle Bros.' estimate was mid-pack pricewise, but I went with them because their scheduling was quicker and they were sure they could get the job done in one day. They delivered. Project manager (Malik) kept me informed about progress and followed up afterward, and the crew (Oscar?) was super efficient. Only complaint would be that I have found a few nails in the lawn, but considering that my lawn was covered with fallen leaves at the time their cleanup was as good as you could ask. read more

I considered many Owens Corning Certified Installers, and we have many available to Macomb, MI. We settled on Tittle Brothers. It came down to price after carefully examine each quote. Again, all of the others were responsive to answer my questions. Tittle Brothers did a fine job and I am quite pleased with their job. I would recommend them to friends and family. read more

I had my roof replaced and am still finding nails. They damaged my new air conditioner unit had me send pictures and estimate then ignored calls and e-mails. I had to pay to have unit repaired. Admitted damage and said they would send payment for repairs, I am still waiting. read more

Worst company i ever used. Left my home in shambles and walked away. Had a plumber trying to tile my floors. And the guy was going to pay his sister to paint because she needed a job. They" let" us out of their contract because they had done more damage than we owed them. We said hire professionals to fix it or we will not pay they had no professionals that could fix it, so they walked. We hired Square 1 renovations that came in and ripped it all out and did an amazing job. Stay far far away from Tittle Brothers. read more

I would not recommend Tittle Brothers. We were signed on last May 2020. Strung along with promised deadlines. In May 2021 told by the manager, Jennifer felt the project was too big and not sure when she could get a crew out. Did not receive a full refund. Lost $2400 for the plans. Plans we can't do anything with now. Horrible communication. Very unprofessional. You have your hopes up when you see plans that would be your house. I wish we could of known the heartache and headache we endured for a year with Tittle Brothers. I emailed the owner, Greg May 16th. No reply. Seriously, don't hire them! read more

Tittle's mistakes are your problems forever. Tittle assigned one of their Clown Crews to my job and I'll regret hiring Tittle until I replace the siding in 30 years.  I pointed out their lack of quality and professionalism repeatedly during the installation to deaf ears.  The punch-list before I would pay them was almost two pages long -- shameful things like "Caulked above vent duct but not underneath".  Tittle made no effort to get their crew to clean up so my neighbors would stop complaining to me about the mess blowing into their yards.  I had to do it for Tittle. A roof dormer has proven beyond Tittle's ability:  Their installation was so crooked I couldn't remove a window screen, their repair fell apart, Tittle waited 3 months do anything about it, and then that repair failed.  Warrantee?  It's my problem for as long as I keep the siding! You can be treated indifferently by anybody.  Hire anybody else. read more

Scott came to my home for installation of four new doors and used his tablet in which I signed there was no copy of the contract given or emailed to me before he left my home. I was promised door installation in a couple of weeks. Deposit check was given and cashed five days later. Five weeks later the contract was sent to my email showing me the cheap doors that were ordered. This contract was dated for when I gave him the deposit five weeks ago by doing this, I lost my three-day rest period where I could have compared other prices from Lowes where these doors were purchased from. Three months later after me calling every week wondering my check was cashed and I have no doors the doors were installed. After the doors were installed, I was told that they forgot to add one on to my contract $1500 more. $6000 for the cheapest doors you can get is what they charged. Contacted owner and was told he has a lot of overhead to pay out. Two of doors still aren't working right after coming back to try to fix a few times. Make sure you have a signed contract in your hand after you sign it to protect your consumer rights. read more

First, it started off great. We had Josh and during the initial quote he seemed very professional and responsible. This was the only positive experience I have had with Tittle brothers since. First and foremost, they are disorganized. It took 3-4 weeks for someone to come out and patch a small hole in our roof. I live in the Inkster area so we get a lot of rain. We needed this taken care of quickly. My wife and I have to call them everyday to figure out when someone can come out. Sometimes they would not know and would say they would call back even though they never did or no one picked up the phone. After we became fed up, and called asking for a refund (because they make you pay at least half before they come work on your house). Of course, now we get an answer saying we can come out today (funny how when the money is about to disappear they can come out). So, they come out. Move all of my outdoor furniture that was not even on the side they were working on. Doesn't move any of my furniture back that shouldnt have even been moved in the first place. Then, they leave without saying ANYTHING to me and DONT EVEN FINISH THE JOB CORRECTLY. You would think this would be it; However, we call to complain about the job not being completed and get no answer multiple times. However, we do get a call back asking how the other half of the payment would be completed to which I responded "you guys did not even finish the job". Now after almost a month and a half, they will be "reaching out" (sure they will be) about who can finish the job. Moral of the story: This has been a horrible experience and honestly wish I had gone with someone else. read more

tittle did our roof . we had some shingles loose that would fly up everytime we had a heavy wind on our shed. i messaged tittle private on facebook and they came out and repaired it free of charge. it finally needed to be fixed so i called them and they came and put a new roof on it in no time. thank you for a good job. thinking about having some things done in my upstairs bathroom. they will be the first people i call. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We signed a large contract with Tittle Brothers last May 2020 for new roof, siding, two composite decks, remodeled 1/2 bath, pantry, mud room and 18 x 13 living room addition off the back of the house. A 10% deposit was given with the promise of construction starting in the fall of 2020. Plans were sent by the architect with a couple weeks and approved by June. They said they would keep us up to date as time drew closer to the project start date. In the fall of 2020 we removed our back deck and the rails and landscaping around the front deck, preparing for the new decks. We did not hear from Tittle Brothers and had to reach out to them by October 2020. They did return our call, said permits were not ready and they had a meeting in November 2020. Our hopes for a start date were put on hold. By late November with no contact from Tittle Brothers we again reached out to them....we were told permits were not ready and they had a meeting in January 2021. Again, very disappointing. With no contact in January 2021 we AGAIN had to reach out to Tittle Brothers...same story, they were not ready, they have a meeting in March 2021 this time....seriously. As expected, March passed, with no word from Tittle Brothers....reached out AGAIN. This time they had a meeting on May 11th 2021 (1 full year from our contact signing) with our Township board and we were given a time to attend. On that date my wife and I showed up to the Township board to witness our meeting. Tittle Brothers was a NO SHOW. We had to propose our building project to the township ourselves with very little preparation or building knowledge. Ironically, the Township approved all the work we contracted with Tittle and also asked us "are you sure these guys are who you are going with, they didn't even bother to show up for a meeting they booked?" It was very embarrassing. Actually, horrifying. We contacted Tittle Brothers on May 12th 2021 to ask how this happened....on May 13th 2021 they called us back to tell us the project is "too big" for them and wanted to end our contract and refund our money. They did refund most of our down payment, minus architectural cost (for now useless plans). Only after a very negative review on YELP did they reach out to us, for the first time, asking if there was a way to reconcile and for us to remove the review. I said we have scrapped the addition and re-contracted all the jobs minus one...our 5 x 6 mud room leading out to what is now going to be a large deck. I said if they could help us and refund our full deposit (the difference of the architect cost) with that I'll remove the negative review....after a month of back and forth, we were just notified they will not help us at all. This is a catastrophically mis-managed company. I am a leader in retail and I would never let a colossal failure on my watch go without major compensation for the effected party. A refund is where we start, then asks "how can we make this right?"....we waited a year with a signed contract and have nothing. Nothing. The anguish and frustration they put us through over what was already a horrible year was brushed over with an "sorry...can't help you". read more

Let me start by saying if I could do zero stars I would have. We had them come out to take a look at a roof leak. The sales guy was good and we ended up signing a contract with them. We were told 10-14 days and they would be out to make the repair. Well that didn't happen and then to get any information I had to call the sales guy or the office. I finally got on the schedule and after telling them a time frame we would be out of town they ended up scheduling our job for that time. So I had to call back and reschedule. We got a date that would work for us and then they were a no call no show for the job. I called the office to terminate the contract due to their lack of communication and the ultimate end was the no call no show on the scheduled day. I was then inadvertently transferred to my sales guy when he told me that they were supposed to transfer him to the schedule guy to do whatever BS they were going to do. I did terminate my contract and had to find another company and now something that should have been fixed months ago is still waiting to be fixed. This company lacks the basic professional ability to communicate with its customers and show up to their jobs. Needless to say we will never call them again. They only thing they did quickly was put a sign in my yard for their joke of a company after I agreed to the I terms of the contract. read more

They replaced roof in one day which is okay but they treated me from start to finish more like a nuisance than a good customer. They never gave me any paperwork, they caused damage to the interior lighting and cracked our drywall. They didn't respond to my calls and when they finally did they acted like all I wanted was money back. The company never called to have the dumpster picked up from our driveway, I had to do that. When I asked to speak with Greg Tittle the owner, I was told he did not take calls from clients. They advertise they are veteran owned and I am a disabled veteran who chose them to support someone else who served our country. I told them All I want is some paperwork to show I have a new roof in case we ever sell our house. They talk a good game on "hire it done" but then they are too busy to really care about their customer. I had asked them for a quote to install glass block and repair some masonry but they never responded to that. They just did the work they wanted to and moved on.
