I tried to figure out how I could've missed an appointment because they said they would be giving me a reminder text. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She insinuated I was lying about not receiving a text and she said she was sure a text was sent. While on the phone, I searched for a reminder text on the dates in question and found no text. That seemed to make her even more angry. I remained very calm and polite and explained that I'm sorry she's having a bad day, but I am no part of the problem. I felt like she was the paying customer and I was trying to keep her from losing her cool and being super polite to her while she was being rude and angry towards me. It seemed to make her angry that when I searched my text, there was no reminder text from her office. It's too bad when the bulk of an Office team are polite and friendly, and the behavior of one of the employees brings down the customer satisfaction and reputation of the office.

When I realized I needed help 4 years had passed and I was informed my hearing aids were past warranty. Now I would need to purchase new ones which I can't afford. They know how to work with children. The front desk personnel were very patient and helpful. My daughter passed the exam and the doctor explained everything to me in detail with pictures. The office we were in was a decent size. There was a sound proof room that my daughter went in during the testing but you can see everything. It was a great experience! Getting there was super easy. The parking lot has plenty of parking. Chears shares a building with other businesses but are located right up the stairs. You can also access via the elevator.
