My only disappointment is somehow my follow up care never got on the schedule and thus never happened I had never been told to check in every 3 months. When I realized I needed help 4 years had passed and I was informed my hearing aids were past warranty. Now I would need to purchase new ones which I can't afford. I would have gladly complied to come in for those check ups had I known to. I would think that somehow in that time post my purchase that someone would have noticed I had not been serviced. This is a great find. I work in a hospital just adjacent to this store/service center specializing in hearing and related devices; While stumbling around the house in the morning, I picked up a pair of scissors to snip off a rogue hair I spotted above one of my ears. I missed the hair but did manage to cut the connecting wire to my quite costly Phonak hearing aid. So on my way to work, I passed by Best Ears, turned around, and went inside If my failing memory serves me, I was helped by both Cindy and Lee. They were incredibly helpful and delightful to deal with. They were spontaneous, light-hearted, and knowledgeable. By the time I left, they had my complete trust which I do not give so readily. I highly recommend them; I was with Unnamed hearing aid for 51 years until they lied to me, and when I confronted the owner about it, the owner defended the liar. That 51-year relationship ended. Best Ears Ahead is down the street from me, so I scheduled an appointment. Ended up getting rechargeable in-the-ear hearing aids. I have a ninety percent loss where before I was only hearing sixty-eight percent with these new hearing from Best Ears Ahead; I am now hearing ninety percent. I brought my 95 yr old mom for her first pair of hearing aids. I was not too excited to know that I had to wear hearing aids, but Cindy made the process of selection and getting fitted and tested for one so pleasant and easy. My MIL was struggling with new hearing aids that didn't seem to work and had been told her ear canals were collapsing and she was going deaf. Office interior is well cared for, clean and organized and well beyond the Covid19 rules and restrictions. Both Lee and Cindy adhered to hand sanitizer and social distancing and we all wore masks! They carry wide range of product and accept most insurance I believe. Although my first visit I recommend Audiotone Hearing Aid Center.
