I needed my 34 inch ultrawide monitor wall mounted with a monitor arm that I bought. I completely forgot that my monitor came with a VESA adapter and lost it months ago. I was completely ready to pay him for wasting his time as he had to drive over an hour to get to me but he went out of his way to make my mount work when most other installers would've just left. Price is good. Service and quality could be improved. I feel the overall experience was more awkward then memorable. I've had several TVs mounted in the past by different people. Not once has anyone used the method Michael uses. He made about ten holes in the wall. Several pin size holes with nails and a hammer to check studs? Missed the stud so had to make an additional hole in the wall for the bolts that attach to the mount. Entire wall was marked up with pencil lines that he couldn't really remove. Was it straight? Yes. But to get there it seemed like there was a ton of trial and error and almost uncertainty. Behind the tv or not, I'll be stuck with having to patch all these unnecessary holes and and marking that were made. read more
