STAY AWAY!!!! This company has been the WORST installation service I have ever experienced in my 25years of hiring technicians for audio installations. They came to install a new PA system of wireless microphones and active speakers a week ago. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This company is so DISORGANIZED from the time i spoke to the sales rep to schedule in person consult and install.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had me speak with 2 people before my appointment of which neither were the technician who came to do our install.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The technician who came had a language barrier to speak fluent English and for our simple install he had to call another tech in guiding him to perform the service properly. Then the tech on the day of the appointment left to grab the brackets and cables required then took it upon himself to take a lunch break while he was out without informing us that he was going to have a lunch break as we waited patiently for his return to complete the work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lastly, we called them a week later after completion of the install to ask them to advise us on getting the sound arranged for a more conducive sound experience because our speakers are only positioned for the audience to hear output and needed to have a solution for the performers to hear sound output as well for a professional arrangement[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] l. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This company COULD NOT even get a hold of a technician for us for a simple ask but instead kept giving us excuses WITHOUT a callback to discuss.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This company is nothing but HEADACHES full stop!!!! read more

These guys are probably fine for a simple wall mount but mine was more complicated. My job was removing and old TV & speaker system and adding a new mantel mount above a fireplace (that was recessed into the Drywall) I provided them photos for the existing TV and speakers to be removed. They clearly had never done this before. They raised their price $50 for the parts before the job ever started. Then wanted $100 more when they did the job because they had to cut a 2x4. They did a terrible job hiding the wires inside wall. Not the level of exercise I would have hoped for. read more

Had to mount a couple of very large TVs in our new rental, and these guys gave me a fair price. I also asked for a quote to help me mount a headboard to a wall, which they did. Sam the technician did an expert level installation on the TVs, and came up with an ingenious solution to mount the headboard to the wall. Had the pleasure of working with Dimitri, he installed a total of three TVs for us. While he was on his last one in our living room (#4) unfortunately our TV came damaged and Dimitri mounted on the bracket still but did not complete the installation. Dimitri did state that if we had any issues that he would come back to help us hang up the TV. After reaching out today with the company they now want to charge me $119 to have them come out then they went down to $99 which is a joke. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then they stood quiet because I told him that Dimitri had offered to come back in which they're telling me that was not the case.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Otherwise service was good, but maybe they should keep their commitment on coming back out to finish the job when they offered to. read more
