I think the art of locksmith is probably dying like everything else nothings in art anymore. They just want to change change change and charge charge charge . I was able to email him, and he actually emailed back in less than an hour, understood that was my only communication, and let me know his timetable of arrival. Once he arrived, he was very reassuring, as I am a mobile, but physically disabled person, and explained everything he was going to do. Including extracting the broken end of my key and creating a new one from the broken pieces. He then went beyond and oiled the locks on both my house and garage doors, as they were quite hard to unlock. Especially the garage. It's incredible how easy they unbolt now.
