This is an old Ma and Pop shop with the best service ! I went to get a key fob and they came out and tried but couldn't connect to my old Toyota. She did show me that my key should work on the doors (although it wasn't). She tried at it for a few moments until it finally worked. She said it seizes up if you go long enough without using the key to unlock the door. She was super helpful and made me feel like I want a reason to be a regular customer. read more

Since moving here during prime Covid(March 2020) I've been coming to get all my keys made here. I've had house keys, tool box keys, and car keys made here. I've had no problem, I went to have a spare made for an older truck of mine and most places told me it had a chip and had to have a chip in it and programmed(which costs about $80) which didn't make sense to me because it has roll up windows, standard 5 speed transmission , doesn't even have an alarm so electronics didn't seem to have a have a huge presence from my understanding. They also told me the same thing, but weren't pushy or persistent about it and told me if it works without a chip then they'll just charge it as a regular key and it worked. This interaction showed me that they aren't just trying to make a buck, but also cares about the need of their customers. They have my business for life. read more

This place is awesome. My side hustle is property management--so over 100 locks and deadbolts. I have been to every locksmith in the county. These guys are hands down the best. They're knowledgeable, patient, always have enough staff on hand. Last time I was there they directed me to some inexpensive but reliable locks at a home center rather than trying to make a fast buck on equipment that they knew I didn't need. I went it to get a spare key made for my car. It's not your "average" car key and I had tried Ace and Home Depot and neither could make it for me.
