I thought this sounded fair so I got 9 friends together, called and made our reservations. On Aug 24th, all 10 of us met and our driver, Michael, picked us up right on time. During the course of our trip, we asked Michael how much we would get charged per hour if we wanted to go over our allotted time. Michael called his dispatch center who quoted him $90.00 and hour. We did end up going over two hours therefore, I fully expected to pay the extra $180.00. Much to my surprise, Butler's Limo Service charged my credit card $419.00 for those two hours. I spent a full 2 days trying to get in touch with someone who could resolve the issue for me. Of course, no one returned my phone calls. Finally, I decided to call the driver, Michael. Michael was kind enough to call Steve for me and asked that Steve call me. Steve did call and he assured me my credit card would be refunded $239.00 for the overcharge. Steve told me it would take 14-21 days to receive the credit which I did not understand because they had no problems charging my credit card in the first place. Anyway, it has been over 21 days and no credit. Of course, I once again started with the phone calls and no one is available and/or no one returns my phone calls. In addition, I have sent two e-mails to the owner STEVEN A. JONES with no response. I have been forced to file a complaint with the BBB, CPUC, the government organization that regulates cabs/limousine services, I am disputing the charges with my credit card company, and I am seeking information on how to file a fraudelant transaction complaint against Butler's. Since the theft of my $239.00, I have found out that a certain advertising site dumped Butler's Limousine Service from their contract for "shady business". If you do decide to use this service, reconsider!!!! I highly recommend you look elsewhere. If you do use this sham of a business, do not give them a credit card, because they just charge whatever they want and you can not reach people to get your stolen money back.

Our driver Luis was prompt, professional, friendly... couldn't have been better. He picked our group of 6 up at 10:30am sharp, and transported us to Yountville in under an hour. When ever we needed him to take us to our next stop, we simply sent him a text, and he magically appeared within minutes. The SUV was spacious and comfortable. He had a cooler full of bottled water in the trunk to ensure we stayed hydrated. He also let us connect our iPhones to the stereo so we could listen to our own playlists. Everything was flawless. And for just $75/hour, it was a great value. After all, why risk drinking and driving to & from wine country when you can be driven in style? It just makes the whole day more relaxing and enjoyable.
