Online booking is easy as well. With my most recent car service, my driver Abraham made sure to let me know via text, call & email that he would be waiting to pick me up & not to worry even though my flight from BWI back to Oakland airport was delayed several times over. I highly recommend Veterans Airporter! (exclamation point worthy) The trip went great to the airport. I had my wife, 4 grown kids, and 2 grandchildren. 6yrs and 2yrs old. We took a large sprinter. The return from the airport is where they earned the 5 star rating. We land on March 3rd at 5pm and hear on the news that there is a standoff in Cordelia and all traffic has been completely stopped for hous. We have a group of 8 coming home from a long trip tired and hangry and the last thing you want to see is no one to pick you up. Which is what happened!I called DJ and he pulls off a small miracle. He says that ahead of our landing he saw this would be an issue and pulled some strings with a fellow car service owner in the SFO area to expidite a ride for us. He asked us to walk to an alternate area on a lower level and the other driver would pick us up there. By the time we got there we only waited an additional 10 minutes. So we only had to wait about 20-30 mins in all the chaos. On top of that we had to have a booster seat and above all a car seat for my 2 yr old grand daughter. Much to our surprise both were in the sprinter! There is only one thing above providing 5 star service. My family and I needed a last minute transport from Travis AFB to San Francisco airport. They were able to accommodate a family of 6 last minute with 10 bags from directly on base to the airport with no issues. I would definitely recommend them again. Took an Alaskan Cruise, and needed a round trip ride to SF cruise terminal. Driver DJ was right on time for both pick ups. He was polite, and drove the speed limit both ways. Very comfortable van for 6 of us and luggage. Answers calls relatively quickly to schedule a pick up. Texted him when we were at cruise terminal getting off the ship, and he responded quickly. I scheduled same day, pickup from Oakland to Travis AFB. I purposely didn't schedule a shuttle before my son and I went on our trip because I initially wanted to rise Amtrak home for a nice ride. I checked the Amtrak schedule the night before we were schedule to come home and noticed Amtrak had a weird break on their schedule and no trains were available between 12:30pm and about 4:30pm! I looked up airport shuttles near Travis and came across Veterans Airporter. I didn't use them when we were heading out, but didn't want to use the service I did call so decided to give them a try. DJ answered the phone and said it wouldn't be a problem even though I was scheduling the morning of. We were scheduled to land about 12:30pm and I made the call around 8:30am. He told me where to me him and said he'd confirm again closer to our arrival. After landing in Oakland and collecting our bags, DJ called to remind me of where to meet him and that we'd be looking for a black town car. He pulled up in a nice black Lincoln and helped us with our bags. Very nice inside, we felt really fancy in his Lincoln! Surprisingly we hit traffic already heading down 80E around 1pm. My son and I ended up falling asleep and woke up a little after 2 when we arrived home. DJ was very professional and courteous, and I'd recommend Veterans Airporter to anyone! read more

Most recently, I arranged a 4 AM pickup for an early flight from SFO. The driver arrived 5-10 mins early and had me at the airport in plenty of time for my departure. Excellent experience with this shuttle service. We contacted the company only a few hours prior to needing a ride from Travis AFB to Sacramento Airport and received a prompt reply. Five minutes before the appointed pick-up time, the driver telephoned to let us know he would be there shortly, and gave us his name (Larry) along with a description of his car and his appearance. He arrived precisely at the requested pick-up time, neatly dressed in a business jacket. I used Veterans Airporter for drop off and pick up from Sacramento Airport. I priced several shuttle services and VA beat his competition by more than $30. Daljit, the owner, showed on time and took me directly to the airport. I was his single customer. We arrived on time and had a great conversation during the ride. I returned the next day from my trip and arrived in Sac at about 10p. Once I got to the arrival section of the airport, I waited less than 10 minutes before VA arrived. While he had another customer he had picked up, he told me I was the 1st to be dropped off. Being late in the evening, I really appreciated that! All in all, VA provides a great service and much less cost than his competitors. I will definitely use him again. read more

My friend and I needed reliable transportation at 2:00 a.m. on a weekday. No other transportation companies offered from Vallejo to the Sacramento airport at that time and if so, they charged VERY HIGH PRICES. I telephoned Veteran's Transportation, they were available and could completely accomodate us. DJ, the owner picked us up, in style, before 2:00 a.m., we had a friendly conversation on the way and we paid him for drop off and pick up, including tip.
