I had a terrible experience with this phone repair shop and honestly feel completely scammed. I paid to have my screen fixed, and not only did they charge me like it was a professional job, but they didn't even install it correctly. The screen was loose, unresponsive in some areas, and started having issues almost immediately after I got it back. When I tried to address the problem, they were dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility for their poor work. It felt like once they got my money, they didn't care at all about the quality of the service or customer satisfaction. This business is completely unfair and unprofessional. I happened to be in mall a week later and Abdu remembered me and replaced my iPhone 7 Plus battery and got a folio case for my wifes iphone 7 for less than $80. I'm so pleased with the work. Abdu went above and beyond what anyone else would have done for us. And in an efficient timely manner of less than 20 mins. He even cleaned the dirty gunked up speaker holes at no additional charge. I by chance found Smart Mobile with my 85 year old father. The battery in his iPhone 6 Plus wouldn't hold a charge. Best Buy wouldn't help us and a young man told me to try a place in the mall. My dad and I went over and Abdul was so helpful. He was a life saver. He takes pride in his work. We left satisfied with a job well done. This guy is the best ! He is mobile and had my phone fixed in 3 hours.
