When he went to help me I gave him the details of what I needed to have done and he began working on the phone and then mentioned for repairs its Cash Only. Why would you not say that before you start working on it and when I call on the phone for a quote. I had no cash and this place wasn't worth my time and effort get cash because at that point this place got Strike 3. The simple replacement went from a perfectly working phone to a broken phone. The screen kept going white with lines or just didn't turn on. Another thing that ticked me off was that my 17 year old daughter took it to them on her own and when she went back to pick it up they had added a front screen because they broke hers and were charging her for it as well. My husband had to drive over because they wouldn't give her the phone back without paying the additional cost they had added because they broke it.
