When I called to get more information from the dispatch, they refused to answer any questions, even saying "call someone who cares" when I asked for them to double check. This company has at least a couple numbers linked to "other" companies, but it goes to the same place. If you are just trying to get rid of an old car and don't care about the money or the customer service, this company can do that, just don't expect anything impressive.
