I found Oleh through his website, he told me he has replaced the exact same model in the past and even told me what the wires were upfront so I decided to go with him to do the job. He said he could buy a replacement on his way to me and didn't charge me extra, even showed me the receipt for how much he paid for the new one. I paid 25$+tax for the new thermostat and 85$ for the replacement work. He knew exactly what he was doing. Because the new device was smaller he also applied some drywall filler to patch up the spot for free. The communication was great, pricing was very transparent, everything worked, so I'm very happy with the service.

That would have demonstrated a level of professionalism and common courtesy that should be a cornerstone of your business.
