Though the price seemed high, I decided to work with them because they came recommended by my property management company. However, when I inspected the house after they informed me that the job was completed, I was appalled. I had been clear that I needed all the walls wiped down and the baseboards cleaned so we could paint the next day, yet there was clear dirt on all of the baseboards and visible dust on the walls. They also failed to clean one of our two toilets, and they left tons of visible grease on the walls on either side of the oven. As I walked through the house, I saw more and more problems: clumps of dust bunnies left in almost every corner, cobwebs left hanging from light fixtures, dust left on top of every doorframe, dirt left in almost every window sill, etc. I immediately sent a message to the company expressing my disappointment, and even though they knew I was dissatisfied, they processed the full payment on my credit card that evening. Then, they refused to issue me even a partial refund, even though they clearly had not satisfied the agreed upon scope of work in the time they had agreed to perform it in. They also sent me an email falsely accusing me of refusing a walkthrough with them (I did a thorough walkthrough the following morning with one of their employees) and refusing to take any responsibility. They appear a family outfit, which I liked. We communicated via Yelp and they were quick to respond, professional and friendly. And they were transparent and clear on their services and pricing. They were great sending multiple reminders to ensure no scheduling surprises, and they showed up exactly when scheduled! Their equipment is all self-contained, meaning no hose is run from a truck parked outside, which was critical on a day like today with single-digit temps! The 2-person team got right to work; they vacuumed first (which many don't!), then pre-treated, then got to work! I wish I had taken before photos, but let me say my one area was heavily blood stained by a sick large dog and they got that ALL out! They were methodical, detail oriented, and you can tell they took pride in doing a great job. And they did. The last photo below shows how much dog hair they removed from my carpet!!! They are a great value for the work, and had no hidden or extra charges. They came and completed the job for the price they quoted, and I was happy to tip! She had me walk her through my space initially and asked if there was anything I wanted them to pay special attention to. A little over 2 hours and my 2bd/2ba apartment looks brand new. She said I am scamming her and when I questioned more she threatened me and my family, implied that she knows where I am working and a bad review would be very bad for me and I should think about the consequences. I went to police since she knows where I used to live and filed a police report for her. Anna's initial response was literally, "Sorry for your inconvenience." The next day she said she had talked to the individual. Personally, I don't know why stealing is not an automatic grounds for IMMEDIATE termination. Anna's solution the next day was to bring back the same crew minus the individual I caught stealing. I told her that I didn't trust that crew. I gave Anna my grounds for continuing the job: 1. All new crew members 2. Anna onsite to supervise her crew. Anna decided that she would rather terminate our agreement and keep my $500 deposit. Outside of the theft, the crew showed little care with my items. Multiple items were dropped on the cement basement floor. I have given many more positive reviews than negative ones and I seek business with great reviews. This circumstance is surprising given their previous reviews.
