FastPro came to us at a very challenging time - after a house fire. The contractors they brought in did quick and fantastic work, and we would definitely use again. Only issues were some poor communication at the start of cleanup, the most emotional time of the process for us; and some billing problems at the end - we had the help of a public adjuster, but it's important to keep good records. Our first time with anything like this, relatively small, thank God, we had a LOT to learn. If it's your first time, too, be prepared for it to be a LONG process, even if it was a relatively small disaster. Our adjuster warned us that it could take 4-6 months. For us, work was all but complete in a little over 2 months - last job finished 6 mos after fire following 3 month pause for insurance supplement to come through and holidays. Took 2 weeks for for adjuster and insurance to coordinate inspection, insurance company to release settlement funds, and crew to get in to start cleanup. Keep in mind, this was FAST - it usually takes longer. And last billing issue was not resolved until 7 months out. After the bumpy start, staff from FastPro and subcontractors were kind, helpful, and most importantly got the job done well and in a reasonable time frame and they did a very thorough job! read more

Fastpro is a joke of a company! They are so many reason why u shouldn't use them but here on the main reason! 1 they charge u for new boxes but they always bring used boxes. They also say they used twice as much as Materials then they used. I called Nick the head of the packing out process and he is such a piece of shit! He is super rude and arrogant. Even the people on his team hate this guy none of them had nothing good to say ! The lead mike must be on the spectrum because he has no clue what's going on and he can't start 1 then and finish it . He runs around like a chicken with his head cut off . There people stealing doing drugs exc. I had gold and jewelry stolen from me . I had a bunch of broken stuff brought back to me and Nick didn't wanna handle the situation right at all. On top of that they barely clean stuff correctly. This is one of the worse experiences I had with any company. I reported them for fraud and have pictures and videos of proof. Even Mike told me they always reuse boxes and other materials and say they used twice the amount . I seen 5 different names on boxes they bought to my place. read more

The only reason I'm giving this company two stars is because of their prompt initial response and their efforts to quickly get a cleaning crew to our home after our incident. The cleaning crew was absolutely phenomenal and did an outstanding job. Unfortunately, once the project moved on to the painting phase, everything went downhill. The painters painted over Command hooks instead of removing them, left pictures hanging on the walls and simply painted around them, failed to protect furniture and flooring with tarps, left supplies and trash scattered throughout the house, and even attempted to hide paint damage on furniture. The workmanship and professionalism were extremely disappointing. What was most frustrating was the lack of responsiveness. Despite our repeated concerns, no one came out to address the issues until it was time to collect the final payment. Only then did they take the time to inspect the problems we had been reporting. The work began in December, and it is now July--and the job is still not completed. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are seeking restoration services. The initial cleaning was excellent, but the overall restoration process has been frustrating, prolonged, and far below expectations. read more

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointed with the Quality of Service I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to exercise caution. The initial quote I received was more than $1,000 lower than the final invoice, and I was billed for work that was not completed. The only reason the crew returned was because I contacted them to report that the job was only half finished and provided photos clearly showing the distinct line where they had stopped. They did not identify or acknowledge this themselves, despite having marked the job as complete. They also left their equipment running in my home for an additional week, which resulted in a $120 increase on my Delmarva bill during the winter. I ultimately had to call them to remind them to retrieve their own equipment. It took multiple emails to obtain an accurate bill, and despite reaching out to discuss my concerns before posting any reviews, I was told I would receive a response within a few days. It has now been over a month with no follow‑up whatsoever. I made every effort to handle this process cooperatively and professionally, but the lack of accountability after payment was made is deeply disappointing. The company was given several opportunities to address their mistakes, yet they failed to do so. I can't say enough food thhings about fast pro restorations. I had a oven fire at my home. Having never experienced smoke damage, thank God for fast pro. Ryan came to may home and explaned and showed me all the smoke damage. Otherwise, I would have accepted a new stove and oven from the insurance company. Ryan was very professional , responsive, and incredibly reasuring during a stressful situation. Ater the cleaning of my home, Pat Doyle became my go to person. He always ansered my phone calls. It didn't matter what time it was or day. Pat and Matt Brown painted my home. Yes, they missed a spots but when I informed Pat they immediately corrected it. Pat handled everyting with care. What really stood out was the communcation and transparency. There no surprises. Pat hired a man named Jabier to redo my hardwood floors. My floors are gorgeous. Thank You Pat Doyle and Ryan for all the work you did so my home was returned to its orginal style. Also, I have to thank Katie who took car of all the insurance questions. I never had to contact my insurance company. Katie took care of everything. Worst experience of my life. After the fire I was at my most vulnerable and Nick showed up to the rescue, or so I thought. It started out okay, but should have stopped it the first day of demo when nothing was covered in plastic. Or the second day it was just one old man, who didn't speak English, all alone to do the demo. I did fire them after the third day, when Nick showed back up. I thought for sure the day would have gone much better, until I heard the big bang and bricks falling down my chimney. I ran upstairs to find Nick with a sledge hammer. My husband was talked into a fourth day to at least finish the demo portion, one wall mind you. About 20 people showed up, only one who spoke English. One team sprayed a bunch of chemicals in the Attic, not approved since we were in the house at the time. Another team was there to clean. The head cleaner gave mom vibes and comforted me with a loving hug, so I allowed it. Now we are missing a bunch of stuff. I put the machines outside for them because all trust was gone after that. A few men showed up a few days later, took pictures like I had wronged them, and left. All for the low low price of 20 grand. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is an absolute SCAM! We had a VERY minor exterior fire and they claimed to find $17,000 worth of smoke damage at our neighbors, who didn't have any window open or any smell in their home (not to mention we caught it quickly enough for not enough damage to be done, thank goodness) and had absolutely no soot or smoke damage in our own home. Not to mention the person, Matt Walsh (Welsh), had the nerve to come out while fire trucks were still here had the audacity to tell our neighbor that "we need to get our crap together and listen to them to fix our house" mind you our house was fixed in a week by ourselves!. This will be taken to the highest absolute person to stop this company from ripping people off!!!!! Over-promise, under-deliver. On October 5, 2023 my rental property had a fire. Total loss. Fastpro showed up that day offering to repair and rebuild the property. Keith Adams assured me that the project would be completed with my tenant moved back into the property by February 1, 2024. My tenant and her family weren't able to move back into the home until August 19, 2024. Whenever I asked for updates on the progress, I feel as though I was lied to throughout the process. Fastpro would call these instances "miscommunications". I also noticed a strong correlation between the timing of my first payment to them and the start of these "miscommunications". I have too many instances to share in one review. Here are a few highlights. In December, Keith told me that Fastpro was painting that week. The house was still gutted. In early January he said the company had permits to start working on rebuilding only to have another Fastpro employee contradict him. This led to a shouting match over the phone. At one point I stopped by the house while it was still gutted. A window was not properly secured by Fastpro and an animal jumped out at me. I told Chris about this and he assured me that the window would be properly boarded up. The next week when I stopped by, it was still in the same position it was a week before. Thank god more animals didn't get into the work site. In February, I spoke to Nick over the phone. During that conversation, he mentioned that his boss Kurt was "battling" with my insurance agent over an issue with cabinets. My agent said that nobody from FastPro has reached out to him about cabinets or anything else related to this project. I would call this a lie. Nick called it a misunderstanding. This was one of my last phone conversations with Fastpro. I ensured that all communications were documented from this point forward. I was asked multiple times by Fastpro to reach out to the township regarding questions related to permits that Fastpro had outstanding. (I thought they were experts here and that's what I was paying them to do??) Permits were applied for without proper documentation. Multiple inspections failed. They had to rebuild the roof at one point. All of these things led to delays. I felt like I was working with a company that just started and was learning on the fly what it takes to build a house after a fire. The original stove from the fire was re installed. I pointed out to Nick that I knew that this original stove had been sitting outside in the elements for a period of time while work was done in the house. I asked if he installed that same stove. I still haven't gotten a yes or no answer to that yes or no question. Nick eventually replaced it, but I'm convinced that if I didn't point that out, Fastpro would have left that old stove in the kitchen. When I received the final invoice from Fastpro on 8/21, both my insurance agent and myself had questions as the invoice was approximately $25K higher than expected. Without answering or addressing those questions, on 8/29 I received an email from Nick that included the commentary "If payment is not received by 9/3, we will be forced to escalate this matter to our in-house counsel." I followed up and stood my ground on my questions outstanding, then on 9/6 Fastpro finally responded with a one line email stating that my amount "works". No explanation. No apology. No reconciliation. The additional $25K in question just magically disappeared. I was happy that I had 6 months of conversations documented at that point and that I didn't let this company bully me. I felt like I had to micromanage this project just to get accurate updates and keep things moving. It was exhausting. Be careful with this company. My most important recommendation: Document everything. If it sounds too good to be true... make them put it in writing before you pay them anything related to it. The last thing I'll point out is the overwhelming irony that a company with the word FAST in their name took an additional 5.5 months longer to complete a project they promised would be finished within 4 months of the original date of the fire. read more

From our initial call for help with cleaning up from a leaking pipe in our home, to picking up equipment after the work was completed, they were extremely professional and treated us with the greatest courtesy and respect. Update. Some things have come to light since my post that make me withdraw the 5 star rating. Yes, the job is complete and I have a fully functioning bathroom so I'll split the difference and settle for 3 stars. I don't want to go into details incase I am the exception to their service rule; however I will say this: monitor the job closely. Check what the crew is doing at regular intervals. Know what is done, what is not done and what is not done the way YOU wanted it, before they leave. Make sure you are getting what you paid for. After a toilet leak was discovered, my landlord hired FastPro to do the restoration. They were amazing! Anthony looked over the job, stayed in communication with my landlord and even came back to meet with the insurance agent who was trying to get out of covering the claim. He really had my back in making sure this got repaired quickly. I truly felt like he was on my side, not just looking for a paycheck to his company. The crew that came to do the work was on time, friendly, polite and very professional. They cleaned up the areas after ripping up the bath tile floor and cutting kitchen ceiling as well as when they returned to remove the fans. My hot water heater recently broke and flooded my utility room and basement bathroom. I called FastPro Restoration immediately to hopefully mitigate some of the water damage. I called them at 9am and by noon, they were there to help me. They quickly assessed the damage, cleaned up the mess, and set up fans to start the drying process to avoid any mold from growing. They worked efficiently the day of, and showed up 3 days later, on time, to collect the fans and make sure everything dried properly. I couldn't be happier with the service and attitudes of the workers. Customers are being instructed to write checks out to a Mike and when you become uncomfortable or question the process you begin to get text after text, and call after call from Mike. we had a outdoor faucet break in the ceiling in the basement. they came and removed the ceiling, the walls, the padding to the carpet, abd moved everything out of their way. the bad part is that, my queen mattress was soaked & they took it and leaned it against my dresser, removed 2 nightstands that were also soaked on the bottom. they ran the dehumidifier 's and left for a few days. the mattress was never treated to remove the water from it, and the nightstands were put in another part of the basement left to dry on it's own. i have a badly stained mattress that cost me $2400.00, and my bedroom is made in italy. now, they say i need to contact my insurance company again for another claim. the guy that came out mostly by himself, bad very little help, says he makes his own hours. this is inexcusable and i rate them an...... f read more

Let me start by saying that the technicians were very professional and did a great job. The issue I have is that they set up times for the work to be done "after hours" without telling me that I would be charged a significantly higher rate. I understand charging more for late night, but I did not need them to come late and could have had them come another day if they were booked. FastPro Restortation in Gilbertsville, PA is an outstanding company and I highly recommend them if you have a disaster in your home. Everyone from the President, Tad Doyle, to the office staff were always friendly and professional. If it was not for Tad's experience in insurance I would not have known that my problem was covered under my homeowners. My State Farm agent refused to file a claim from Day 1. Tad spoke with my agent and she filed a claim and then met with the adjuster when she came to the house. He had to tolerate her lack of pleasantness during the process and fight with them on my behalf. His employees were professional and the work was great. The office staff was always nice on the phone and I had to call a lot because State Farm never kept me informed of the status of the claim. read more
