We had Restoration 1 of West Denver come to clean, fog, and lay vapor barrier inside the crawlspace. The technician Mike who did the work was polite, hardworking, and detailed. The air quality in the lower level of our home is much improved and the crawlspace is clean enough to use for storage now. We are so pleased with the final results and would recommend Restoration 1 of West Denver based on the quality of Mike's workmanship.

My kitchen suffered water damage which lead to asbestos, and my family was without a functioning kitchen for three months. After repeatedly trying to get updates, I had to contact my insurance company for help and was ultimately assigned a new contractor to complete the work. During the project, Restoration 1's crew damaged the water line to my refrigerator, and despite reporting it, it was never repaired. I also objected to Restoration 1 receiving additional payment because of the poor quality of work and lack of service. To my knowledge, the insurance check was cashed without my endorsement, I discovered the check had been desposted without my signature which was required. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary stress for me and my family. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should know the lack of communication service, and poor customer service, and unresolved issues we experienced. Kathy K
