Jonathan showed up promptly and got work immediately on my rim. His work and skills are impeccable. It only took him roughly about 20-25 minutes to leave my wheel looking "Good as new" for less than the cost of a new wheel. I definitely recommend Dr Wheel for your curb/parking mishaps. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if ever my wheels get damaged, I'll gladly use Dr Wheel again! Thank you Jonathan for the fast, friendly and incredible service.

Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. Our neighbors complimented the work. The crew did an excellent job and had great attention to detail. Robert was a great with communication and follow through. My car is wrapped in matte vinyl, and unfortunately, the technicians at A1 Wheel Repair were not careful during the repair process. The main issue I encountered was overspray on my vehicle's wrap. Despite the fact that my car was wrapped, the technicians did not take the necessary precautions to protect the surrounding areas while working on the wheels. This oversight resulted in significant damage to my wrap, requiring additional time and expense to rectify. Furthermore, I believe that A1 Wheel Repair should have removed the wheels from the car during the repair to ensure a clean job and avoid any overspray. The fact that this basic step was overlooked speaks volumes about their attention to detail and professionalism. In addition to the overspray issue, the quality of the repair itself was subpar. There were noticeable flaws in the finish, indicating a lack of expertise and care. Overall, my experience with A1 Wheel Repair was highly disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services to others, especially those with specialty finishes like vinyl wraps.
