I recently bought a new house. We had paid a lot of money for American Home Shield. After numerous attempts to have them come and change our locks with no resolution they advised me to get my own locksmith and that is exactly what I did. I found Nathan and called him and he picked up immediately. He was pleasant, had great communication skills and gave me a good education on the phone. He told me he would come over in afternoon. Then he called me and said he could be over sooner and sure enough his associate Jeremy came over. Throughout this time I spoke with Nathan via Text maybe a dozen times for various reasons. The entire time he was calm, understanding and never made me feel rushed or that I was annoying him. He unfortunately had to talk to AHS before the process gets started and he kindly did that as well. When Jeremy came over he was extremely presentable, professional and just a very likable guy. He also took his time, educated me, did a little extra and then we sat down and had a conversation about politics. Overall it was great experience, and I am going to refer my neighbors and friends to these guys. Their fees are more than reasonable and more importantly they are guys that you would want to be friends with. Spoke to Nathan and he quoted me unbelievable prices. I know this because I've called other locksmiths in the past and hesitated because of their high quotes. Nathan had a technician at my house within 15 minutes. All locks were re-keyed super fast and even threw in a couple extra keys. After the technician left, I realized that I forgot to have the door knob lock to my garage re-keyed. I disassembled the lock and brought it to his shop. Nathan said the lock was different and couldn't be re-keyed to match the others in my house. He pulled out a box with used door knobs and re-keyed one to match within a few minutes. Nathan is THE BEST! Hands down, no questions asked. On my way into my house, i dropped my car key down an elevator shaft... -_- ...i know. My Girlfriend had a big audition in the morning and the car was needed. I called him at around 7pm, he came TO MY HOUSE by 9pm.
