I had an awesome experience with one of their employees Nate. He was able to custom cut the two columns on the wall mounted hyper rack down 2 inches to help me fit the rack in my low ceiling garage. I was able to bring in the columns, have them cut down and powder coated again. I took them back home the same day all in a matter of minutes!
