Does this guy really need another 5-star review? OK. The first thing I would like to mention is that Alex is the king of communication. I contacted him here through Yelp. He replied within 30 minutes and he came over the next day to give me a bid on doing the work and set up a time. On pick-up day he couldn't make it; I am pretty sure he simply over-booked himself, but again, he was very good about communication and was also accommodating about it. Since I wasn't in a rush we simply set a new time. Pick-up day went smoothly. He came with a guy named Simon and they moved stuff out pretty quickly. At one point I also had a convo with Alex. He is very fun to talk to -has an engaging personality. But oh oops!--between the time we made the first date, and pick-up day, I added a bunch of stuff to my pile and he couldn't fit it all in! He said he would go to the dump and that Simon would return the following morning to get the remaining things. And now comes the payment part, right? Because many of us have learned from experience that it often backfires on us when we go on ahead and pay for a job that isn't finished. I decided to take him at his word -I made the splurge and paid him for the whole job. So. Did Simon return the next morning as promised? Alex from All Weather Hauling came out to give me an estimate on some clean up work. It was a job some of the other junk haulers were hesitant to take on. We had a failing deck, and the remnants of a huge butterfly bush, wisteria, and other plant matter all on top. Additionally we had a trash pile from remodeling that needed to be removed. Alex came when he said and gave me an estimate that was in line with the other estimates I was getting. I scheduled a time for Alex and his guys to come out. Alex let me know in advance that they would be a few minutes late from the schedules time with both a text and a call, which I appreciated. They arrived at the modified time, and made an effort to make sure they were clear on the scope of the work. AWH worked hard on my job, and did a great job. The amount I paid was right in the middle of Alex's original estimate range. I would hire All Weather Hauling again. They were friendly, good communicators, and did a great job. I was in a pinch needing to get rid of a mattress. If you've ever tried to get rid of one, it's a pain. No one takes them and it's expensive. I searched Yelp and junk removal companies came up. They also helped me move a bunch of boxes to a new location and they were nice enough to wait with me (a solid 20 minutes) while we waited for the person receiving the boxes. Unfortunately I had a bad experience. While initially communication was good, I wanted to confirm a couple things and could no longer reach them. I called multiple times over a couple days. The voicemail box was full. Yelp communication errored out with an email stating I should call. And their website was down. It left me with a view that this isn't a professional company. read more

Very frustraing experience. We had an appointment with this company to haul junk away between 9 and 11 a.m. on a Friday morning, prior to a move that was meant to begin on Sunday. At 11:30 a.m. on Friday, we were contacted saying that they weren't coming due to an (understandable) emergency situation. I agreed to reschedule for the next day at 3 p.m., even though that was really pushing it given the schedule of my move. Well, as of Saturday at 3:30 p.m., there had been no contact with this company and they never showed up. We tried calling them repeatedly, but their voice mailbox was full and not accepting additional messages. Life happens and perhaps there was another emergency, but All Weather Hauling left us in a lurch. We are now having to contact other junk hauling companies last minute to try and get their services, and are also having to reschedule our move itinerary (hotel reservations, appointments with other people, etc.). I am surprised by this lack of professionalism given the outstanding yelp reviews from other customers. read more

Interesting that this guy has so many 5-star ratings, which is why I chose him. So, I contact him, via "Yelp", and send pics of a remaining play structure that needs removed from my property, asking for a quote. Alex (owner/operator?) responded, fairly quickly, with a reasonable quote, so I agreed to schedule a pick up time on May 21, 2018. On May 21st, after emailing back and forth a few times, he tells me he may be a little later than we had agreed, which was no big deal, as I understand that some jobs may run a little longer than anticipated- fine, no problem. Then a little later (10:57am), he requested my address, as he had forgotten to ask and I had forgotten to provide that info- at 11:25am, I emailed him with this information- again, no problem. Around 12:30pm, I received an email from him apologizing that his "schedule was tight" and that he had no contact info for me, so we would need to reschedule. I was a little irritated, but again- things happen- right? So, we reschedule another time for the very next day, May 22. At 7:29pm, that same night, I emailed him, asking to confirm that we are still on for the next day, between 9-10am, as we had agreed- "Yes I am- I'll see you then", was his emailed response. On the day of our scheduled pick up (May 22nd) at 9:16am, I emailed him wanting to confirm, again, that we were still on, because I had a number of errands I needed to get done and didn't want to wait around if he wasn't going to end up showing up again. Apparently, he was either too embarrassed, or too ashamed to tell me he would (again) not be arriving, because I haven't received any response from him since his "Yes I am- I'll see you then" email on Tuesday (May 22,2018). read more

I'm so happy I found these guys! Living downtown without a car, or friend with a truck-moving your unwanted junk was proving to be a huge pain. I initially had called a national chain of junk removers, but that company had refused to give me a quote until they were already there-but starting at a base fee of $148! YIKES. I only had a box spring, foam mattress, mini fridge and a suitcase to get rid of. That led me to start my yelp search and found that All Weather Hauling was the best for the job. Alex and his assistant were excellent, their quote was super competitive and fair, and yes that really is a cool truck! =) I called & he said he could come the next day to assess my carport and he quoted me a very fair price - we agreed - then they both got to work quickly and efficiently, asked questions when they weren't sure if something was supposed to stay or go, which I appreciated. Not only cleaned out my carport of miscellaneous furniture and debris including an old shower surround, they swept the floor of my carport too! They also hauled away a lot of tree limb debris left over from the recent ice storm in December. They were finished so much faster than I imagined! It took a fraction of the time, and was actually lower in cost than it would have been for me to rent a drop box, have it delivered, in the meantime hire someone to help me or do all the labor myself. I'll have him back out when the weather is a bit more predictable, and hopefully dry, to clean up the fallen tree carnage in my back yard left over from the ice and snowmageddon storms this year. Best of all? I think he's also a dog whisperer or something, because my goldenrottiepit man-eater dog liked him straight away - and he doesn't really like anyone but me and my immediate family!
