The repairman (Nathan) was timely, thorough and straightforward. Based upon my own research he confirmed my diagnosis. I was charged for the service call as expected. While I need to replace as the repair cost was nearly the cost of a new dishwasher, this is not a service they provide. I appreciated the diagnosis as presented.

I will refer this company to everyone. honesty is hard to come by these days.

I asked the repairman about a Kirby i purchased that apparently needed a new electric cord He told me I would need to bring it in (OK) and he would charge me $49.95 to do a basic tune up on it... I told him I would not do that and i purchased my bags for my other Kirby and went on my merry way Yesterday I took the electric cord off the broken Kirby and woudlnt you know it the cord from the older Kirby fit exactly on to the newer Kirby.
