When the team arrived--Ryan M., Jose G., and Abner M.--they were polite, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. That Sleep Number setup is extremely heavy, but they handled it efficiently and safely. They were careful not to damage the walls, wore protective foot covers, and worked quickly while still being respectful of the home. I showed him the pieces, he gave me the total right there, and payment was straightforward (cash or check). It was a three-person crew including Zach, and they moved fast. This was not an easy haul. They had to navigate tight upstairs hallways, tricky corners, and a narrow stairway with a railing, but they handled everything like pros. Nothing was damaged, no scraping walls, no dings, just efficient work. Also worth mentioning: I get a little anxious inviting strangers into my home for work, but I felt totally comfortable.
