My main problem was getting them to my house to actually prune the trees. They had to cancel and…read morereschedule a few times. I gave them four stars because I had to keep calling to get things (re)scheduled. I was able to quickly get Ed, their arborist, to come by and take a look at my property and provide an estimate. We walked the property. I indicated what work I needed and various issues. Ed provided me with some solutions that I implemented myself and some the crew would do to correct issues caused by the previous tree trimmers. Ed provided me with an estimate and said he would get me on the schedule. Once the crew arrived, about a month later, I walked the property again with them to show them the work so that we were all on the same page. Ed arrived shortly after and provided more details of what needed to be done to try and correct the issues. I was pleased with the results. Most of the issues were fixed. Some will likely take a year or two of corrective pruning to fully address the issues, but overall, the trees look great.. They cleaned up and left the yard in good shape.
