Terrible shop would not lend a jack to my buddy, so that he could fix his flat tire. It was right outside the shop.

LIARS AND THIEVES! Took my truck to have the ignition housing replaced. Charged me over 800 dollars for a 200 dollar part. Said they had to have a GM tech come out to make the computer work with the part. I paid 100 dollars just to have the diagnostic to make sure the problem was with the ignition housing. Then they said the truck wouldn't start because the starter went bad. Harold - the technician - said he tested it. HE LIED! I got the truck to start by bypassing the ignition THEY REPLACED!!! I got my truck out of there before they did any more damage. read more

I called to get a quote from this company on a starter replacement in an 11 year old Chevy Spark. The receptionist quoted me double the list price on the part that their preferred vendor, O'Reilly Auto Parts, sells the part directly from their store for. Doubling the list price on parts and reselling them to their customers is highway robbery. Either this company does not get wholesale pricing from their preferred vendor or they are just crooks and think people are too unintelligent to figure out what they are doing. When I questioned this I was told "we are a business and don't give away stuff for free". Wow! As someone who's worked in the automotive service industry for years I understand companies like this make profit on parts off of their wholesale pricing, not doubling the list price of the parts. Would not recommend unless you have a money tree and water it frequently. read more

Went to get inspection they called me back said I had two places leaking fluid. Funny been parked in my garage for 2 weeks without any leaks. All in al they wanted over 2000 to do repairs. Took to 2 other shops passed inspection each said it looked like great little truck. I hate to be scammed and this place will NEVER see business from me again. read more

This was my first experience at A2Z, and it was just an oil change. I typically take my car to a dealer, but this shop is so close to us now that we've moved. What a great surprise to find that this independent shop not only has a comfortable and clean customer lounge, but the entire 4-bay shop is clean and orderly. Tina at the front desk is professional and helpful. They test drove my car, found nothing was needed, but made me aware of upcoming regular maintenance and the anticipated cost. I like that. The protective floor mat is much appreciated, and just icing on the cake, I'll be back. read more

This place is an absolute nightmare Long story short they never fixed my car properly.Then told me I needed 630.00 in additional work. I took it elsewhere and it was 130.00 They are awful go somewhere Else. They screwed me and cost almost 1400.00 and my car is still not right !!!!!!!!!!!I'm filing in small claims court against them ,that's how bad that place is . read more

I brought my car in for a safety/emissions inspection and they did their free 35 point inspection too. One of the things they said that needs to be done is a coolant flush. The funny thing is, is that I just did that a month before. I feel like they are trying to milk you of your money. After their nice little inspection, they wanted to do $1800 worth of work to my car. No thank you! A week after my inspection, I start feeling a vibration coming from one of my wheels. I check my wheels, and all of the lug nuts on the front driver side wheel are loose and one of them is missing. The safety inspection paper says that the left front wheel is removed during inspection. I called them up and told them what happened and they did not want to recognize their error. read more

Best auto repair shop I've ever taken my vehicle to, and I'm very picky. When I don't take it here I take it to the dealership which is an hour away. This shop is very Convenient, Highly recommended and very reasonable! read more

I had these guys install windshield in my truck and they were fast and friendly. Price for the whole job was cheaper than I could buy the windshield and install it myself. Voting with my wallet and if I ever need another windshield, these guys will get my business. If you are not close, check them out anyway because its worth the drive. read more

I purchased a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from this establishment if it could be qualified as that. I got the car for 3,200 in may of 2020 it is now aug of 2020 and I have fixed thousand of dollars worth of major issues on this vehicle including putting a whole new motor into it. Not only that but on a trip to kc my exhaust had a hole the size of a grapefruit that was not brought to my knowledge and it leaked carbon monoxide into my car while I was driving. I have put almost 5,000 dollars into this car and probably will have to put another 500+ into after today. I highly highly do not reccomend buying any vehicle from them. They wouldn't even help with the cost of the motor and exhaust when I only had it a little bit less than a month. Please don't do business with them. I am now stuck with a lemon or as some call it a Katrina car. It was not worth my money or my time. Thank you. read more

I took my wife's 2003 Envoy to A2Z because the water pump had failed and took out the serpentine belt with it. The estimate was accurate and the work was completed on time. I am retired from John Deere and worked with their engine division, so I know my way around engines. I found Randy and his crew to be courteous, professional, and competent. There was a minor error on the billing but it was addressed once I contacted them about it. They were very apologetic, corrected the error and offer me a discount on my next service. I have used them several times and never had a problem. I have had a "few" windshields and mirrors (glass work) done and they have all been good jobs,, and I have just called them about a new windshield job and awaiting a quote again. randy is a nice guy and treats you like you matter, he understands money situation and has not taken advantage of me being a woman when it comes to doing work. I was a first time customer a couple months ago for this business and I'm really pleased with their service and prices. They got me in right away, were very cordial and explained everything thoroughly before they fixed it and gave me printed price quotes. I had an oil change done, an air filter change, my window regulator motor replaced and the swaybar stabilizer fixed on my front wheel. A friend recommended A2Z Automotive and I'm very happy. Great, friendly service! I have a very crazy softball schedule that only allowed me to pick up my car after they were closed. Randy went out of his way and met me up at the shop 2 hours after they were closed to pick up may car, not too many places would do that. With that being said they do GREAT, quality work and help you out for your convenience. I had a cracked winshield that needed to be replaced, they did a nice clean job. took my 03 gmc envoy in for a state inspection. it failed so i payed them to diagnose it. they said it had a bad electric fan motor on the radiator? vehicle has no fan motor on radiator. it was the clutch fan. also when i repaired it my self the told me i had to drive it arround a bit. took it in the next day after driving it and they told me it didnt reach 100 miles and the needed a 3rd inspection charge to complete inspection. conclusion: either they dont look at what they are doing or dont rely on repeat buisness but their diagnosis was vague and their customer service was poor read more
