The lady on the phone was so professional, seemed to care, was very transparent about pricing, timing, and what to expect. I waited two days for my appointment and Mike arrived. He was so thorough and showed us pricing for various things they recommended vs. fixing the bare minimum. I liked the thorough break down. While he was here I had him look at a loose outlet I'd had issues with since I had bought my home. I had another electrician come out and look at it before and he is the one that left it loose. A 50 year old panel is not easy to deal with but the team came thru and revamped the panel to new code . At least now I can sleep at night knowing the house won't burn down .
