Two or so years ago, they redid our large outdoor lighting system, replacing everything with LED lights and putting everything, including our garage doors and gates, on a wireless home automation system. This month, they removed our old home entertainment system and replaced it with a new, state-of-the-art one, including custom speakers, an 8k TV, universal automation, and so forth. As part of the project, they ended up moving and updating our WiFi system and cabling. They also had to coordinate closely with drywall and painting contractors. The Rangle folks, especially Ryan and Cris, are very nice and a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, creative, energetic, thorough, neat, and patient in explaining technology. They were ALWAYS on time and did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Their prices, while not bargain basement, are quite reasonable. I was on hold for hours plus being transferred from one department to another. If there was a problem with the doorbell, they transferred me to Google and I was on hold for another hour. If my cameras are not working with Expert Alarm, I text George even on a Sunday and he responds with a text within 15 minutes. He's just amazing! Plus the cost is half the ADT so the value is incredible. The service is fantastic and the quality is impressive. They notify me every time somebody comes in the door through a text. Nightly there's a cat that comes into my yard eand there's a photo of him sent to my email. Plus they send me emails and a text every time the gardener is in the yard. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so impressed with the quality and their service. It's amazing especially after years with ADT. I wasted so much time on hold plus when their own equipment wasn't working they charged me over $100 to come out and fix their own equipment.
