Our 2nd time using A2Z, and again we are very pleased with the service! Our floors look beautiful and the whole process was great! Requested a quote and Mercy was able to come out the next Monday, sent us the quote same day and started the work the next month. Few days install and it all came out great! We will definitely be using them again for our next project!

    NEW FLOORS

I contracted A2Z Flooring for my entire house. The staff was exceptional and delivered exactly what my expectations were. Mercedes and the entire team were great to work with. Use A2Z Flooring for your flooring needs. Exceptional!!!

I chose A2Z Flooring based on the reviews, they were great. The customer service with Mercedes was top notch. The end result was beautiful and I couldn't be happier!!

2nd try was the charm. Recently had my floors done and they did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again.

quarter round cut a little too long ... hoping they come back to fix it

I researched at great length to find a flooring company to work with and settled on A2Z because they had excellent reviews, were locally owned and operated, and came back with a good estimate. On the positive side (the reason for the 2 star review rather than one star), the floor looks great! Unfortunately, the trim does not. Communication from them was great when they were trying to get my money. When I had questions, I often had to ask multiple times to get any answers; answers that were often not accurate (particularly in relation to timeline). I flew in from out of state specifically to be here when the project was to be completed so I could see what I was paying for before paying. I was informed that "a crew" would be working on my project that was supposed to take about 3-4 days for demo and prep and 2-3 days for installation. The "crew" was one person for the first 6 days. I was then assured that "more guys" would be on the job on the 7th day. One more guy showed up. Finally on the 8th day (the day the project should have been wrapping up), three guys showed up to work. It took them 6 days to "finish" the job. The first four pictures below show what they claimed to be finished work. The last 3 photos are after they fixed everything. Typically a job is not complete until it is done correctly and to the customer's satisfaction Not so with this company. They insisted I make my final payment (covering the last 50% of the installation labor) prior to them fixing the terribly trim work. They did reluctantly come back out to my house to fix their work on August 3rd (because I was not willing to pay for a job that was not yet complete). I informed them that I would be traveling and out of cell reception for a couple weeks, but that I would contact them as soon as I got to the house to see their work so I could make the final payment. Their "communication" at this point bordered on harassment (multiple voicemails and texts demanding final payment before I could see if they fixed the issues). They did, in fact, clean many of the black smudges off the walls and reset the corner pieces to be more aligned with the baseboards. I have paid in full at this point but there are still a couple areas of concern. I will update this review if and when they make things right.

I gave them a call and spoke with Mercedes; a couple days later she came out and measured everything up.

I needed to extend exiting tile installed 4 years ago by a different company to other parts of my home (master bedroom, walk-in closet and office). I had additional tile for them to use. They matched it up perfectly, executed as promised and left the place 100% clean. The entire process was so easy: I measured the room and sent pictures. I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. I liked them so much I had them come back out the next week and install more tile. This is a company you keep in your contact list and refer.

I will say it has been YEARS since I have witnessed employees hustle as hard as those guys did! Our Job was completed in 4 days. Sept 03, 2019 I was referred out to Carpet & Tile Junction…read moreby a couple of my neighbors, and they mentioned it was a family owned business and they had a great experience. My goal was/is to try and keep as much business as I can to locally owned on big purchases. I went out on Saturday and they were closed. Yelp says they are open until 12 on Sat. Turns out that is wrong and their website says closed Sat & Sun. I submitted a change of hours to Yelp. No biggie, I am determined to try and give business to locals. I call Tuesday at 3pm to be sure they are open until 4 pm. The man says they are and I mention I am on my way over. I arrive at about 3:23 pm. I mention I am looking for the best Nylon 6,6 carpet they offer/carry. He points me to the wall and says everything we have for Nylon is on that lighted display. I go over and look at the carpet. I pull one with colors I like but the density and twist don't seem very high. I go back to the counter and say I like this color but this doesn't seem very high in twist or density. We are looking at about a 72 oz, with 6.50 twist and 3,370 density. He says oh that would be over here. He takes me to Dixie, shows me one. I ask what the density, twist and oz are. He pulls the carpet apart and counts. He says it "looks" like about 7 twist. He says they (manufacturer/mill) don't give them the information for density or oz weight for carpet. Without the twist and density there is no proper and good way to make a purchasing decision on the carpet you are looking at. Guessing by the salesman doesn't count... I ask what it would cost to have it installed. The whole time since I walked in the layout I brought has been sitting on the counter with the measurements and schematics of how each room connects. He still disregards it and proceeds to just give me a price of $8.22 sq ft installed. I mention I have removed all carpet, tack board, and prepped all the rooms and ask would it be any less. He says that would save me about $50 off the job. Maybe they were having a bad day, who knows why there wasn't a little more personalized service. Not 1 question was asked on the project or anything for that matter. Sorry, but the lack of customer service and information was very bad in my opinion. I thought HD and Lowes had semi OK service in the carpet department when you could find one. But this experience makes the big box store experience seem like gold star service.

Tony is extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor, Ken (one of the owners) is a delight to work with, and their installer (Eddie) is a perfectionist who gets the job done quickly with no mess or fussing around. This whole project was fun and painless, at a competitive price, and we highly recommend Carpet & Tile Junction!
