A2Z estimated a 6 day install and demo on my tile in kitchen, hallway, laundry and bathrooms. They started on December 3 and were not done until January 10. Often one worker was alone and progress was very slow.They charged $1,400 more than their estimate. The dust was terrible and I paid a cleaning crew $700 to clean A2Zs mess. Somehow 3 broken tiles were installed. After a no show the broken tiles were fixed. Do not accept a "dust controlled" bid. A "dust free" bid uses special equipment. They use subcontractors that are also working with other companies and are not giving all their attention to your flooring needs. Poor quality workmanship and very expensive. They don't show up when they say they will and leave early and make up excuses for everything they can't do. The company and management are not helpful at all just make excuses and say that they are sorry but don't do anything to correct the situation. Please stay away from this company, find someone local and recommended by the community. read more

Our 2nd time using A2Z, and again we are very pleased with the service! Our floors look beautiful and the whole process was great! Requested a quote and Mercy was able to come out the next Monday, sent us the quote same day and started the work the next month. Few days install and it all came out great! It's unfortunate YELP has so many poor ratings for A2Z Flooring. I'm guilty for being a true YELP review follower, which initially led me to look for other flooring companies. After reaching out, I was asked to review other forums (ie: Google reviews, etc.) which in my opinion had more accurate reviews from my experience. A2Z was the 3rd estimate out of 5 I had come out to evaluate a ~1150 sq. feet. My goal was to get the entire bottom floor covered with LVP, in a very short timeframe. Mercedes was prompt, provided a professional and very competitive estimate, was up front with all additional materials needed, and I went ahead and scheduled with A2Z. I was initially told they couldn't do the job until the end of the month, but Mercedes was able to work magic and schedule my job in the following Monday. The entire job took 3 days (Gustavo and Betty were amazing- quick, friendly, did a VERY clean job). Mercedes and Jessica were great in answering all my questions, and this was a much more seamless process than I could ever imagine. I highly recommend A2Z Flooring! read more

Prior to moving forward with my estimate I did my research and found that A2Z Flooring had great reviews on Google despite the reviews on Yelp I still decided to move forward with them since it was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience. My experience with A2Z was the worst! I have been remodeling my house for a year with different contractors and have sent several referrals to all of them. I would never recommend A2Z. Friday, April 8th, my husband called Mercy and asked if she wanted us to drop off more of the deposit because we would be moving out of our house to help get the job done faster (6 of us and 2 dogs). She says no they can get it on Monday when we start. They were scheduled to begin work on Monday, April 11th,  and that morning Mercy sends the message that they will not be showing up but possibly start Wednesday, April 13th. Wednesday no-show, so I informed A2Z that the communication has been horrible! Mercy's comment back was, "no one told you to move out of your house" and then some other BS about us being at a cheaper rate because we were supposed to purchase product from them. My husband mentioned several times that we would be moving out. We were told the new start date is Monday 25th. I still did not hear anything from them and after several calls and texts, (message at 6:24 am, call her at 8:00 am, again at 8:15 am, and then text at 8:24 am) Mercy finally responds and says someone will be at my house between 9-10 am. Unfortunately, they only send one person which causes longer delays. Thursday, April 21st, I asked the worker when the expected completion would be so that I can get a cleaning crew and he informs me since working alone (not his fault) it would not be completed until April 28th or 29th. He had a helper for one day, during the week of the demo, but was pulled to go to another job (I felt like this was intentional since A2Z is aware of our situation). Finally, during the week of installation, a second worker arrives, and work is completed on April 28th. In summary, I moved out of the house a week earlier than needed, which could have been avoided, due to a lack of communication. Then stayed out for two more weeks because they sent one worker for the majority of the time. This has been the worst experience ever and don't use this company. read more

Be CAREFUL before you decide to go with AtoZ Flooring LLC. They did laminate flooring for our condo and it was fine up until we had an issue in the kitchen where the laminate seams were lifting and needed adjustment. There is a year warranty and I was in the time frame. I called and spoke with the owner Mercedes and she said no problem let me look at the schedule and I will get back to you. Despite the numerous calls/texts I made and attempts to get a hold of them I would get the run around. Finally I got a hold of Mercedes and she said they would come out April 28th between 10am-1pm and that NEVER happened. This is where I draw the line - when Mercedes (owner) point blank lied to me and they never showed up to fix issue. And on top of it - she did not respond to my calls/texts that day. When you pay for service, you expect a certain level of professionalism and accountability. Overall - I cannot recommend AtoZ Flooring LLC based on my experience. It's important for companies to take ownership and work to correct issues, unfortunately that was not the case in our situation. Nobody likes to be lied to especially when they say they will fix issue and never followed through. Don't want this to happen to anyone else- hope this helps read more

I researched at great length to find a flooring company to work with and settled on A2Z because they had excellent reviews, were locally owned and operated, and came back with a good estimate. On the positive side (the reason for the 2 star review rather than one star), the floor looks great! Unfortunately, the trim does not. Communication from them was great when they were trying to get my money. When I had questions, I often had to ask multiple times to get any answers; answers that were often not accurate (particularly in relation to timeline). I flew in from out of state specifically to be here when the project was to be completed so I could see what I was paying for before paying. I was informed that "a crew" would be working on my project that was supposed to take about 3-4 days for demo and prep and 2-3 days for installation. The "crew" was one person for the first 6 days. I was then assured that "more guys" would be on the job on the 7th day. One more guy showed up. Finally on the 8th day (the day the project should have been wrapping up), three guys showed up to work. It took them 6 days to "finish" the job. The first four pictures below show what they claimed to be finished work. The last 3 photos are after they fixed everything. Typically a job is not complete until it is done correctly and to the customer's satisfaction Not so with this company. They insisted I make my final payment (covering the last 50% of the installation labor) prior to them fixing the terribly trim work. They did reluctantly come back out to my house to fix their work on August 3rd (because I was not willing to pay for a job that was not yet complete). I informed them that I would be traveling and out of cell reception for a couple weeks, but that I would contact them as soon as I got to the house to see their work so I could make the final payment. Their "communication" at this point bordered on harassment (multiple voicemails and texts demanding final payment before I could see if they fixed the issues). They did, in fact, clean many of the black smudges off the walls and reset the corner pieces to be more aligned with the baseboards. I have paid in full at this point but there are still a couple areas of concern. I will update this review if and when they make things right. read more

I found A2Z flooring online when I was looking for floor. Originally I was just looking to buy floor and install it myself but their prices were so reasonable we were able to have them install it. I was in contact with Mercedes and Jessica from November until Now (June). We have a new build home so we had a lot of set backs. Both Mercedes and Jessica were more then understanding and so patient with me when I changed my mine 100 times. Jessica always responded to me right away and I love that I was able to always get in contact with her when needed. Fast forward to install day. They were able to have my flooring and come out on the exact day I wanted to start. Which in todays world is almost unheard of Johnny showed up and icing on the cake he is just as wonderful as the girls are. He ended up finishing our floors in 4 days and we get to move into our house a week earlier then planned. Johnny and his partner worked so hard and my floors look amazing. During our build process we had nothing but issues with contractors but A2Z flooring was a breath of fresh air! We had a great experience with everything! read more

Buyers beware!! This company destroyed my house. Left the job unfinished and the owner refuses to talk to customers that aren't happy with their company. Baseboard installation is trash, they left their food all over my house, they left old demoed material in the front yard, backyard and in the home. Mercedes always talks over us when we are talking with her. She is a horrible manager that doesn't care about the company. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
