I'm not one to ever leave bad reviews, but after several times trying to get in touch with A2Z with no response, I feel it is necessary to share my experience so that you don't find yourself in a similar one. Our friends rented a bus to take us to a concert venue on 5/8. 1) The bus was supposed to hold 40 passengers. The bus that arrived was definitely not the same as the photo that my friend booked. It was way smaller and didn't look anything like the photo of the one my friend booked. Several friends in the group had to hire a car service to follow the bus because they couldn't fit. 2) The A/C was broken. We were packed like sardines in there and sweating terribly. 3) Bathroom wasn't working 4) Dust was coming out of the A/C vents 5) Driver demanded the full amount of $ before driving even though this wasn't the bus ordered and many friends couldn't fit. 6) We had to order a different bus from a different company for ride home because there was no way we were going to drive back home in the sauna bus crammed like sardines again and having to have friends hire another car service. read more

Owner employs drivers who do not have valid drivers license and do have moving violation warrants. Driver goes by name Rob or Tarif. The limos are old, out of date, and A/C only works half the time. Owner Jimmy also lies to government about who he employs so that child support isn't taken from their checks. He's a scammer. Do not use this company. read more

Please don't trust your children with this company! My daughter was part of a Quinceanera this past weekend that rented a party bus from this company. They took the children halfway , stopped the bus & another male from the company came speeding up angrily, yelled at the children demanding more money than they originally agreed upon and told them they weren't going anywhere until he got the rest of his money. I've also noticed quite a few reviews on google where they try to act like the person leaving a bad review is making up the situation & didn't actually rent from them. Several things on bus were broken. They charged our party for a 40 passenger bus and it barely held 30. Took way longer to arrive at our destination than should have. ZERO customer service!!!! The definition of Unprofessional. Go with anyone else. Background: A group of +-25 work friends going out for Cinco De Mayo, average age of 25 y/o. Driver: James We were greeted by the driver telling us that he did not want to be there. During the safety briefing, one of the group members said 'What?' and the driver's response was 'I talk good English, honey.' We were not allowed to stand up or move around the bus while it was moving (its a party bus?) The driver shut off the power to the back of the bus when he got mad, this included the A/C, and with 25 people in the bus it became nauseously uncomfortable. At the end of the night the driver parked the bus 30 mins early, and ended up kicking everyone off the bus, saying "That's it, get the f*** out!" I wish I was making this up. It put a major damper on what was otherwise a really fun event. Looking back at it, its actually pretty funny. Avoid this company, and especially this driver. read more

The owner talks to the customers like dogs, and his workers too! If, you leave a tip, please give it to you driver and not on your card, because the driver will never get their tip. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I only gave 1 star because I was forced...if I could, I would leave zero stars. We booked this company for a girl's night on the town for a birthday celebration. The company called on the day of the event hours before we were to be picked up advising that the vehicle we booked was no longer available. Company tried to charge an extra $100 for an available vehicle after they'd made the scheduling error. Spoke with Jimmy, Karen, and Vanessa and was yelled at by Jimmy and Vanessa and was denied a refund. There was a COMPLETE lack of customer service and respect. And because the company has a non refundable deposit policy, they treat people like crap once they get their money. Deplorable! read more

Where do I start? Well...they charged me for a 40 passenger party bus and when the bus arrived, it was the 30 passenger. Driver told me the big one was getting new seats. So 5 of our friends had to rent a car service to follow behind. In addition to what we paid. Then the check engine light came on b4 we shoved off. No ac. We r squished on the smaller bus sweating. Then we had to give full payment before he took off even when some people couldn't fit. It took the driver over 2 hours to get to our destination One hour away. Bathroom was broken. So we had to stop twice to use restrooms. Terrible. Then in the back the ac shot out dust all over us and our drinks. Y'all I can't make this up. It was so bad we hired a new Party bus to return us home and we were home in 50 minutes. Not one phone call from the company to help make us satisfied and won't return our calls about a refund. Complete Lack Service of dealing with POOR WEDDING experience - We rented a 32 person bus for family and out of town guests and a Hummer Limo for our wedding party and us for our recent wedding. We used the Hummer limo for a total of 50 minutes of transport for a 5 hour rental as we were only using it to transport myself, my husband and our wedding party from the church to the reception and then from the reception to the Gaylord Hotel. The Hummer limo had zero power in the back of the vehicle for the transport from the reception to the hotel at the end of the night.... NO LIGHTS, NO AIR, NO RADIO....After spending over $2,000 for the rental of these 2 vehicles we requested that we be refunded 50% of the cost of the limo as 50% of our transport was unacceptable. After a combination of 5 phone calls and emails over 10 days we were offered a refund of one service hour and this is neither fair nor acceptable given the experience we had transporting us and our wedding party following our reception. I would never recommend A 2 Z Limos to anyone. They were late, rude and unfamiliar with the FW area. ---- For my bachelorette, I requested a bus for 5 hours starting at 9 p.m. It was supposed to be $75/hr ($60 plus a service charge). After waiting for 10 minutes after 9, I called three different numbers to locate the driver, but there was no answer. Our hotel concierge called another number and finally talked to someone. At around 9:20, the driver called and said he was almost there. At 9:40, he said he was outside our hotel, but he was actually outside of a nearby hotel. One of my friends had to walk over to the other hotel to show him where to find us. We finally got loaded up and on our way a little bit before 10 - just shy of an hour late. We asked the driver to take us to Pete's Piano Bar, which iswell-known and located on Houston Street in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth. The driver wasn't familiar with Pete's or the location of Houston St. We had to look up the location for him. After Pete's, we walked two blocks to a new bar that was also on Houston St. When we called the driver to pick us up, we waited about 5 minutes before going outside. When we went outside, he still hadn't arrived. He called me on my cell to confirm our location, and while on the phone with me he drove past us. He said he saw me and would turn around. He drove up the block, turned the corner and no joke, it took him 15 minutes to turn around. Next, he had never heard of Billy Bob's at the Fort Worth Stockyards, and he didn't know where the Stockyards were, so again, we looked up directions for him. This time, when were almost done at Billy Bob's, I gave the driver a 10-minute heads up. He said he was getting food at the 7Eleven and he would be right over. When we went outside, he still hadn't shown up yet. I asked the bar's valet attendant how far the 7Eleven was from there, and he pointed to it. You could physically see the gas station from where we were standing, but for some reason, we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the driver to show up. To end the night, we asked him to take us to a 24 hour fast food place. Guess what... he didn't know of any. So we gave up and went back to the hotel. I told the driver because he was late that I should not be charged for 5 hours, but instead for only 4. When I checked my bank statement the next day, I had been charged for 5 hours anyway. I called to complain and the employee basically told me I was a liar and that the driver had only been 15 minutes late. When I argued, she said she would talk to her boss and the driver and call me back. She never did, so I called her again the next day. She told me they would reimburse me for the hour ($60), but not for the 25% service charge for that hour. I took what I could get, and I will never use them again. During the entire ordeal, not once did the employee apologize for the driver's tardiness or his poor service that I reported. read more

Unprofessional & zero customer service! 1) The bus reserved was NOT the bus that showed up 2) The bus did NOT seat 40, which is what they advertised 3) We had to pay for another car to follow us with our friends that couldn't fit. We were crammed together tying to fit 35 on the bus 4) No AC on the bus. We sweated for 2 hours on which should have been a 1 hour trip. See #5 for details why 5) The bathroom was out of order when they showed up. Where do I START???? We took a family trip to Memphis with kids/adults all in one and we were all extremely comfortable for the entire trip. Every time the door opened you had folks asking questions about how comfortable or how many people could fit inside. Classy and comfy is always the way to go. We hired a bus for a group of 24 to take us from Fort Worth to the cowboys stadium. They sent us a bus for ~18 people--this is illegal. When the bus arrived, the hubcaps were haphazardly secured on with zipties. Not only that, but the AC did not work. Given that it was 106 degrees outside, it was like cooking in an oven. The manager (Jimmy) was horrendous, rude, and condescending. The only positive factor in the whole experience was our driver Dominique Coogi, who was so incredibly helpful. The whole experience was such a health hazard. People were getting dehydrated and ill. One member of our party ended up in the hospital. Not only was the service terrible but when we complained and said we would not pay for the service, Jimmy threatened to call the FWPD. We will not only never, ever use this company again, but we are considering taking action against the company. This was the most atrocious experience of my life. read more

It is absolutely unreal how they treated my husband. They promised him a stretch excursion for 100 dollars flat. We got the name of the man who offered us the deal and a confirmation number. When we called to confirm, they played as if they had no idea what we were talking about. They tried to hustle us into 150/hr for a cheaper limo plus 25% gratuity plus 10% charge to run his visa. We ended up getting 125/hr for a stretch double axle hummer with no gratuity added or the 10% credit card fee, which to any of y'all who don't know, is ILLEGAL!!!! Our group of 22 hired a party bus to take us from Uptown Dallas to Cowboys Stadium and back. When the bus arrived the air conditioning was not on and after departing we realized the air conditioning was not functioning in the bus. The temperature was over 100 degrees outside and we could not wait to get out of the bus. The party bus became a sweat lodge and was easily over 110 degrees. One of us nearly past out from the heat. Once we arrived at the stadium we requested a different bus to take us back after the game. Not only did the manager have the audacity to accuse us of trying to swindle a free ride but also said that the temperature was somehow our fault because we triggered a secret switch that prevented airflow. We are beyond appalled by our experience and would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

WORST PARTY BUS COMPANY IN DALLAS!!!!! I rented from them last year and the bus driver forged a $400 tip on my card after I gave him cash. We gave them the benefit for the doubt and decided to do business for a second year because its hard to find a party bus that will hold over 40 people. The day of our event I called to confirm the bus was picking us up on time. The girl on the phone said that everything was good to go. The bus was supposed to arrive at 12:30pm. At 2pm I get a call from the bus driver. NOT THE COMPANY....THE BUS DRIVER. Saying he thought that I should know that he's still waiting on the company to bring him the bus for our scheduled event. Five minutes later the bus calls me and says that the bus I requested WONT START, and that they were going to send me 2, twenty passenger buses instead......???? Then when I asked her, how they planned to accommodate us for the huge inconvenience , suddenly she became super confused. All of a sudden the bus was fixed and headed our way. We get on the bus, and the speakers DO NOT WORK. Constantly cutting out if the volume went above normal listening level.. but this is a PARTY BUS. THE MUSIC NEEDS TO BE LOUD!!!! I call this Jimmy guy later on to complain. He gives me the run around and tries to blame ME, for playing the music to loud. Correct me if I'm wrong Jimmy.... I would not recommend this company all. First of all, my friend booked this company about year ago for her 15th birthday, but the party got rescheduled due to covid. They refused to return her $100 deposit because there was "no document of it." The party was rescheduled for yesterday, and it was a huge mistake to trust this company again. Before we left, there was an agreement between the driver and my friend's mother that we would pay upon arrival at our final destination. When we returned to the bus after our first excursion, a man came in and demanded that we pay him $450. He was screaming and shouting and getting in our faces. He said that the bus wouldn't move until he got his money. To start, our balance was $400, not $450. We asked for the Chevrolet Bus, but they showed up with the Mercedes. It is not our fault that they showed up with the nicer bus. Someone offered to cashapp the money, but he wouldn't take it unless it was $450, and we weren't going to pay the $450. Second of all, this was a bus full of 15-16 year old girls. He was screaming at the top of his lungs, and many of the girls were terrified. He was so angry that we were scared that he would harm us. When we showed him the receipt that showed a $400 balance, he said a weak "my bad." Finally, someone's dad comes. They demand that he drives with them to the bank and then the office to drop off the money. As a result, we lost and hour of our time and had to change the day's plans. Not to mention, they did not provide us with water like they said they would, there were dirty glasses, there was leftover trash in the bus, and it was smaller than what we asked for. read more

PRICE SCAM, DANGEROUS and BROKEN vehicles, and SWITCHED OUR LIMOS during our time. Absolute worst experience. I had used this company before and I had no issues. On the next time, Alex gave me a discount on our price. 2 hours before the limo comes, I called and someone else told me a much higher price. When I told him that's not what I was quoted, he screamed over the phone then hung up on me. I called again and tried to explain and was hung up on again. He threatened to cancel our reservation altogether if we didn't pay the higher price. Complete and blatant extortion. Also, when we were at dinner our limo bus was switched without telling us (to a smaller limo). Luckily our items were transferred over, but when I called the original driver to get us no answer. No communication at all to let us know. On the new bus, the door did not close. We had to stop on the highway because the door was open and the driver simply said "I've been driving for 30 years. The magnet will hold." This is even after my friend pushed on it and it opened back up again. We all cramped into the back to avoid being near the wind and open door. Like I said, the first time we used this company perfectly fine. Still cannot believe the rudeness and anger from their representative and the threats to not show up 2 hours before. I called to rent a limo/party bus for Prom for 14 young adults. I was quite worried after reading some of the reviews but we booked the black Mercedes party bus and crossed our fingers. The night of the prom we drove up to the pick up point, a restaurant, and it was a few minutes before six. I was so happy to see the party bus was already there, and it was beautiful! Ken, the driver, was professional and friendly. He spoke with the kids and told them his expectations (no alcohol). During the prom, heavy thunderstoms rolled in and we felt less worried about our group because they were being driven by a professional. It was a great night. You might want to request Ken, all the prom group commented about how nice he was! Our prom location was Johnson County and the Granbury area. They did charge us an additional fee for the distance, but overall it was a wonderful experience. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! I WOULD HAVE RATHER WALKED. I spent a significant amount of time talking to A 2 Z limos about their product before booking. Tony assured me that the price I was paying was due to a superior product compared to the other competition. This company promised a high quality product with an experienced driver and they delivered neither. The party bus was late to our pick up location. The party bus was supposedly for 24 people and it did not even seat 20. The air conditioning did not work, it blew hot air the entire time. The sound system did not work. The television did not work. And the driver admitted that he had never even been on this bus, let alone operated a bus of this size. The bus was so hot that people were getting sick. While the bus driver was operating the vehicle, he said that he felt like he was going to pass out!!!!! I spent 20 minutes on the phone with people in the A 2 Z office, with no help. I was "disconnected" 4 times during that 20 minutes. They offered to fix the bus while we were at the sporting event however, we were planning on tailgating on the bus. We arrived 3 hours early to tailgate and the bus essentially just dropped everyone off and then left. The owner Jimmy offered to deduct our fee by $200 which would not even cover the amount of time the bus was gone nor the very expensive VIP bus parking pass that we paid for. Then the owner blamed US for turning off the A/C by flipping some "switch located in the back of the bus". NOW, if this switch actually exists why didn't they mention it while I was on the phone with them for that 20 minutes. All in all... A 2 Z Limo has the worst product and the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and to make it worse based on other YELP reviews this same type of incident happened to another group of people on the same weekend it happened to my group. The absolute worst. The only good part of this service was the driver. We were given the wrong bus with a horrid smell. We were told it was from the toilet being emptied. Later they said it was from a burning battery. They charged for the projected extra hours which were not all used. They have still not refunded for those with numerous calls. hell nah, never again. so i called this company to get information. we discussed pricing, and at the time i was going to reserve with them. they got my information, and then sent me the authorization form(the contract) and the reservation form. both which had to be filled and sent back to them in order for them to charge my card and reserve the party bus. so long story short i ended up not going with this company because i found a better deal elsewhere. when speaking with the sales agent they told me that they would still charge me a cancellation fee even without the authorization form(the contract). they are claiming that because they have my card number they can do that. but i never filled out the authorization form (the contract) nor did i fill out the reservation form. now on their website it says under the about us tab where it says "general" it reads: " vehicle will not be reserved until this rental agreement has been received by a2z limos, and a signed contract with payment arrangements have been made" now to my understanding if i did not make a deposit and if i did not fill out an authorization and reservation form then there is no reservation. i never made any payment arrangements and i never signed a contract. then after looking further on their site it reads under the faq's: "deposit must be made in order to confrim all reservations" and once again i didnt make any deposits. then it proceeds to read: "reservations require a deposit to hold the vehicle, the deposit will be charged at the time of booking" once again i never made a deposit. then on the contact they send you it reads: " by signing this contract and entering your credit card info in the appropriate fields you are authorizing a2zlimos4u to charge the credit card for any of the following charges: deposit, cancellation fee, damages to the vehicle, and all services rendered" and then i also confrimed with the sales lady that i would not be charged unless i fill out the contract and send it back. now taking a look at the website and the contract clearly i was not suppose to charged anything if i had not filled out a contract (authorization form) and the reservation form nor made any deposits, and they charged my a cancellation fee anyways. now am certainly not happy with this and will be taking proper legal action against this company if they dont resolve this issue. read more

Upon reading so many horrible reviews of this company, a friend and I were concerned with how our bachelorette party would go for the night. Luckily I am here leaving a good review because it was the highlight of the night. The bus driver was 30 minutes late but it was not his fault and our time didn't start until the time he got there so we didn't feel like we lost any precious minutes. It was a nice way to get around without having to worry about anyone drinking and driving and we had unlimited mileage which was not something we found with other companies. My friend called the company before we went out that night and told them of her concerns with all the bad reviews. They informed us that they had been in business for 20 years and just wanted us to take a chance on them so we did. They followed back up with her after to make sure everything went well.
