I would leave 0 stars if I could. I've never posted a negative review before, but this place is a scam. I booked a Christmas lights tour for Christmas Day, and it was cancelled an hour AFTER the limo should have shown up. We got a "comped" ride for a couple of days later, and it was fine. Nothing spectacular; I'm sure the experience could have been better, but I was just happy a party bus showed up (the bare minimum). I've been going back and forth with Desmond since the incident and have been very understanding, as he continues to promise me my refund is being processed, and I like to assume it's not his fault. I even waited to post a review until it was solved. At this point, there's no excuse. The refund pictured in the screenshot showed up as pending on my credit card but did not go through. Obviously, it is still nowhere to be seen. Now Desmond is dodging my calls and the phone number I have for this company is no longer in service. Screenshots attached with timestamps. The first thing the driver told us when we he arrived to pick us up was that we owed him more money. We already paid everything in full prior to the day of the event. Extra fees were never communicated prior to the day of the rental or in any document we signed. We had to call Juan and relay the situation to settle the payment issue. Clearly this driver was trying to scam us out of more money. The bus was extremely beat up on the inside and the A/C only cooled one half of the bus on a 95 degree Texas day. The driver left my group stranded in Southeast Dallas for nearly 2 hours because "he got into an accident." He eventually stopped answering his phone and blocked my phone number. After we made multiple calls to Juan who said there wasn't much he could do, our driver suddenly appeared in the same bus, with no visible damage. We were not offered any discount/partial refund for arriving home hours after our time slot and being left alone in SOUTHEAST DALLAS. 0/5 stars. Would not recommend. read more

I needed a limo for a special Saturday night out with the family: pick up, dinner and a show, and return home. I started my search on Yelp! and decided on Limo Party DFW after contacting three companies for info and a quote. I wish I would've gone with another service. This was supposed to be a big surprise and the icing on the cake for some big plans we had. I got a surprise all right, Limo Party DFW was a no-show for my reservation. Surprise! Nobody bothered to call me until I heard from the driver 15 minutes AFTER the set pick up time. I was already driving us on the way to the restaurant myself when I took the call and got some convoluted explanation of the limo breaking down, he thought the company was going to call me and let me know...blah blah blah. Too late. My personal vehicle has 177k miles on it and it has never once randomly "broken down" on me. You would think if your business was running a limo service the vehicles would be in fine working order at all times, but I'll never know because needless to say Limo Party DFW will never get a call from me again. I would feel better about things if someone from the company would've called me in advance--maybe there would've been time for them to fix the problem or get me another limo in time. I was required to pay in advance to hold the reservation too. "Good" thing I DID receive my refund, but I never did hear from the company with even a cursory apology. I just had the credit receipt hit my inbox. As another review said, I hope to save a life with this message. It's not that dramatic, but I hope to help someone save their night from being ruined. I can only imagine how angry I would've been if this no-show was the night of prom, graduation, a wedding night or something really major. Our carriage rides to see Christmas lights were cancelled at the last minute, due to weather. Party limo was able to accommodate us within just a few hours, with a limousine large enough to fit our whole family! Cecil was a fabulous driver, he was early, super friendly, and he took us to places in Highland Park we'd never seen before - and we've been doing this for years! We had a wonderful time! I can not say enough great things about our experience! I was SO fearful in booking because we've had nightmare experiences with limo company's out here in CA. We flew in this weekend, 9/6, from California for my sisters bachelorette and booked a party bus for Friday and Saturday nights! From the time I had originally spoke with Cheryl til our final stop Saturday night everything was perfect! Cheryl was so helpful and informative with the booking process and made it all so easy! She was so friendly and kind that it felt like we had known her for years! The bus I had originally rented had to be put in the shop and they called me immediately and explained everything and I'm so happy they had! They made sure instead of risking a bus that may have an issue while we were out to give us a bus that wouldn't have any issues! I so appreciate that. And for the inconvenience and us not having the bus originally booked they upgraded us for Saturday night! Beyond amazing! Our drivers Richard (Friday) and Mark (Saturday) were early to pick up, which is always appreciated! They were great with getting us everywhere and on time. Buyer Beware!!! The driver we had was a scam artist. Rented a party bus for over $1000 to pick us up and bring us home from the concert. Had to put down $300 deposit. When the driver called to say he was on his way, he asked the home owner if we were aware of the driver gratuity fee. He became aware of our guard going up. When he arrived and dealt with me, the person paying for the bus, the gratuity went up. We said we would settle the matter at night's end. Needless to say it was a tense start. Upon entering the bus, we noticed some rips in the seats. Not good for $1000 gig. After the concert the driver did not show up at the designated meeting spot. He would not answer his phone. Our party supplies and cooler were left on the bus as was allowed, causing more angst. We finally got through to Juan, the booking agent. He said there was never to be a driver gratuity fee and that our driver had a minor fender bender and was on his way. The point is WE had to initiate all the phone calls to find out what was going on. A replacement bus shows up at the same time as Jeff, our original driver. Crazy! Then he splits and we have to walk to a sketchy spot down a ways to get on the original bus. It is now 1 1/2 hrs later from pickup time. Our guests had baby sitters to deal with and sleep was lost all the way around. Yes, we got home but at such a cost. The company never reached out to offer any kind of compensation. Juan said the company delivered on their end and the driver was disciplined for scamming, which Juan never would have known about if we didn't tell him. read more

I used Limo Party DFW for my 16th birthday party and everything was great other than the fact that I wanted to use the black stretch but the AC went out the day of my party so they had to send the white one. Our driver, Cecil, was very polite and came early to pick us up but we never felt rushed. He was very willing to take us wherever we wanted and would engage in conversation with my parents. I booked a limo for a night out on the town for my husband's birthday two weeks ago and it was better than I had hoped for! Cheryl was extremely helpful in explaining how everything worked and answering all my questions. She even gave me ideas of where to go and how many stops would be ideal for the time frame we were booking the limo. The day of, our driver was on time, drove safely, and was very friendly and professional. The limo itself was clean, comfortable, and there was nothing that we were lacking. We took a group of 25 people to Denton this last Saturday for my boyfriends birthday. We had such a good time-our experience was awesome from start to finish! Cheryl was super helpful in booking our reservation and getting the trip planned. The bus actually showed up a little early which gave us extra time, and our driver Mario was awesome! He made all the annoying, unplanned little stops on the way there and back (apparently 28 year olds have smaller bladders than 5 year olds lol), was extremely patient with all of us, and was overall a great time! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a party bus for a great price. We are already starting to plan our next trip with them! My only caution would be: we had the 30 passenger bus, and were somewhat crammed with 25 people. To be fair though, Cheryl did notify me of the size guidelines beforehand and there were a couple of bigger guys on the bus. He was gracious, embarrassed and was willing to give me back what ever I wanted. We agreed on a number and I asked him to forward that to his driver James. The service and experience provided by Cheryl, at the home office, and Mark, the driver, were second to none. We had a bit of an unorthodox request (driving to a different city and staying the night for a football game) and Limo Party went above-and-beyond catering to our every need. We rented the 18-20 passenger party bus for a Sunday wine tour birthday event. Mark was helpful with the reservations and even gave me a list of wineries we could visit to help us create our itinerary. Mark followed-up before the event and the morning of to touch base with me which I appreciated. He was punctual and also sent me text message reminders while we were at the wineries to help keep on us schedule. It was a big group and with wine involved it's easy to lose track of time. Our last stop of the day was a bathroom break which was very thoughtful. He dropped us off at the agreed time right on the dot. I booked a white limo for my daughter's birthday. Dennis said that the WHITE limo is the one we will get. The day of the party, a black limo showed up. They said the white one was in the shop. I spoke to the limo driver and he said that Dennis tell them to lie and say that the one we wanted is in the shop. The limo driver said the white one was actually used for another event. On the way to the event with 8 kids, the limo had electrical problem which resulted in the air shutting off twice. It was 110 degrees outside. The limo driver pulled over on the freeway twice to fix it, putting us all in danger. We were all sweating too but he could have exited the freeway to fix electrical problems!! The engine also made noises. Horrible experience. Dennis never returned a call or text. I just want to say, if you book with this company you may not get what you asked for. Also, many of the limos are old so there may be electrical problems like we experienced. These companies put people at risk for a sale. Your life is more important. Spend the extra money on a high quality limo for your own safety. Please!!! If Dennis will lie to get a sale, he will lie about inspections and will put you, your family and others at risk. Those limos are old and have serious problems. They have mechanics patching them up for the low. The driver told me everything. If your daughters are going to prom, find a nicer company. We used Limo Party DFW for my bachelorette party in March and they were incredible. The communication was fantastic with Cheryl and she made it all very easy to organize. We had the 30-32 person party bus on a Friday night for 5 hours ($125 per hour + gratuity) and none of us had a single complaint. The bus itself was in mint condition and stocked with all that was promised. The driver knew the itinerary, was early to pick us up, effectively communicated, and was just a fun and relaxed guy (even as 23 girls blared Britney Spears). Was invited to view Christmas lights for a dear friend's birthday during the week. Limo picked us up around 7pm for a "3 hour tour". It was a lovely evening, the limo was one of the nicest I've seen and the driver wasn't bad either. The limo was stocked with a magnum of champagne, plenty of water and napkins. A rain delay caused an alter to the game time, but Mario (our awesome party bus driver) took us to Texas Live until the game was ready to begin. If I could give negative stars I would. We did a Christmas light tour. The driver Andrel ( ?) was the absolute worse limo driver I have ever experienced. I never even met him until it was done and he got out of the car to ask for his money. He did not introduce himself at the start of the night. He did not open the door for my 85 year old father . We had to bang on the car to get his attention to pop the trunk so we could put his walker in the trunk. Then he didn't help us close the door as my father was on the end but luckily we used my father's cane to hook the door handle to pull it closed. We asked what the Wii fi name was so we could play Christmas music and he said he had no idea. He drives lots of different cars. Clearly could not care less. Then we looked for the ice that they made a big deal saying would be provided when we booked. Of course no ice. The inside panel looked like someone kicked a hole in it. Amazing that anyone would ever use this company. Choose any other company. This is not worth it at any price read more

If I could give this negative stars, I would. This company and one of their drivers, Jose, is responsible for demolishing one of my rock and brick columns at the top of my driveway after dropping off a client across the street from my house. Dennis Trout is now avoiding all calls from me and my husband. He seems to take care of those wanting to rent one of his vehicles, but when his employee is responsible for property damage, he is not so quick to comply. Customer service is more than taking care of clients. It's taking responsibility for damage to property caused by their driver in one of their rented vehicles. read more
