Unfortunately, the driver made the experience extremely upsetting. She arrived approximately five minutes before departure at the Shell station on Highway 145 in The Woodlands and immediately began behaving in an aggressive, rude, and confrontational manner. During boarding, she barked orders at me in a way I did not understand and then yelled at me when I became confused. She accused me of "micro-aggression," which was both inappropriate and shocking. I am a 60-year-old customer and was simply trying to follow instructions. My bag was heavy, and I was first told to place it on top of the bus, then publicly yelled at to move it to another compartment, all in front of other passengers. This treatment was humiliating and completely unacceptable. The behavior continued when boarding in Houston and again when disembarking in Richardson. At no point was the driver calm, respectful, or compassionate. This is not how customers--especially older customers--should be treated. If this is representative of how RedCoach drivers interact with passengers, I will seriously reconsider using your service in the future. This driver either needs additional customer service training or should not be working in a customer-facing role. Please consider this a formal complaint. I also had work to do on my laptop which I wanted to do while someone else was driving. Pro - Drivers were really nice, helpful and friendly. The driver checked that the temp wasn't uncomfortable in the back - Buses left 'to the min' and arrived on time in Hou. We encountered a major traffic accident on the way back so that was out of their control. But we still made it back on time. - Power outlet in the seat worked fine for my laptop, Wifi was available but I didn't use it, toilet was fine - Leg room was plentiful - Convenient pick up/drop off locations, in Hou right next to the Marriott hotels - Price was very reasonable - I like the short notice cancellation policy - Bus was about 75% full (Jan 2026 ride) so I had the seat next to me to spread out Con - Ride was a bit bumpy both times. - Would be nice to have a fold down tray in the seats like on the airlines - For the love of God if you are traveling with small children pack something for them to do so they don't annoy other travelers General - Make sure to bring water and snacks and noise cancelling headphones - Less hassle than airtravel - Overall great experience. We waited an hour and a half and see the bus pull up and let off the previous riders. Then it pulls away..at 3:35 we get a message saying it has been canceled. So we had paid over $500 for the tickets 6 weeks before, had family drive in from out of town only to sit in downtown Dallas and then have to drive back. There were people from Oklahoma and Tyler who came in also. Looks like there are several reviews of this happening.
