Very poor customer service, I ordered flowers through FTD and this florist did not fill the order…read moreas pictured, the bouquet was to have 12 long stem roses and small whit flowers with a red bow on the vase, they sent an arrangement with only 8 roses and tons of baby's breath and no bow, when I called the florist to ask why they didn't fill the order as shown in the FTD picture catalog they told me that their cost for that arrangement would have cost more to send the 12 roses and that they are not going to correct the arrangement, I paid $75 for this arrangement and 12 roses should have easily been achieved, white flowers and a bow....really! This issue should be between FTD and their contracted florists, a florist should not sign up with big floral companies is they are not up for the task.
