The Manager AMANDA always gave the BEST in Customer Service. Amanda was always prompt to answer my call and to answer any questions. She proved to be personable and efficient! Even by phone I knew she was smiling, and loves what she does. She is a wonderful person and a an asset to Alamo Storage Company! My worries were few as the unit was Climate Controlled, regularly Pest Controlled and the property always kept clean and secured. The Security System is excellent and I never had an issue whatsoever! During the 10 years I had NO bad experience, none of my valuables were damaged or even dusty since the area is maintained as it has been. As far as the value, it was the most affordable anywhere.
