I was so pleased with the move, and very pleased they took the time out to call with arrival updates. With care, they quickly got everything into the truck and we were on our way. I have three kids (cats) and they helped me with their carriers and brought them, again, with care, into the house. Because they were so late, the manager called and offered a discount, no way! I have been unable to enter the gate or the doors MOST of the time using remote. I have been stuck inside the gate a few times as well. - I haven't seen a moving cart in years - I went to my unit to find a bad smell and moved things around and found TWO DEAD MICE. my stuff had poop on it and had been chewed. I called the to office to tell them and the response was "ya... that happens a lot here". No offer to do anything about it.
