The rodents run along the rafters so nothing is safe from their droppings potentially falling on it. Not to mention it's creepy hearing rodents making little squeaking sounds and hearing them running around through the different units. I have two unfits here and haven't seen it in the second unit but I haven't been there recently so that may have changed. I am going to look today and will update if problem is worse
