They not only transformed the table, through meticulous sanding and multiple coat applications, but actually managed to exceed my best expectations for the final outcome of the table. 2. Communication was exceptional and immediate. Their arrival was always pre-announced and punctual, which has become rare today. 3. Total honesty and transparency. 4. They went out of their way to accommodate all my requests, in addition to providing me with knowledge, advice, and assistance with other pieces of furniture as well as our own hard wood floors. 5.
