From the initial visit to the Heritage Kitchen Design Center, the knowledge and professionalism as well as a level of comfort surfaced. An architect listened to our needs, offered to come to our home at no cost and drew up plans. We were amazed how she easily perceived our ideas and readily incorporated them into a highly detailed visual. In our case we were trying to match a new section of cabinetry to existing cabinets, and a sample of our current wood was sent to the company to be sure they could match it and they certainly and amazingly did! Once we had placed a deposit on the cabinetry, the waiting began but not any longer than what this company estimated. We were introduced to a fantastic project manager and a fabulous installer. As soon as the cabinets were delivered, the company sent representatives to check in every item, and acted upon pieces that had not been sent. Promptly, the installer was at our doorstep within a couple of days and the work began. Neatness and accuracy along with timeliness prevailed every day. The project manager from Heritage was always aware of the progress, and listened to any of our concerns as he coordinated the services of the plumber, electrician, and heating specialist , again making certain that they arrived in a timely fashion. The installer's attention to detail was so far above our expectations that it is beyond words. Heritage Kitchen Design Center deserves commendations for their work ethic, consideration of the customer, and their high level of professionalism and kindnesses. It truly was a pleasure doing business with them.

We asked questions to help think through the design, and Joan retorts back that they can't do that or don't want to because it is too traditional looking and too outdated for her style. As she keeps her tone, we ask for information on general pricing and what ranges we could be looking at and she says that its all impossible, but WOULD NOT GIVE US EVEN A BALL PARK. We are just discussed the fact that we were just starting designs and need more information, but she would not even work with us, she just gave a tone and said it was impossible! I would give this place zero starts if it allowed! Noone should ever be treated like this after coming in off of the street, especially when looking to spend upwards of tens of thousands of dollars in their showroom! Unless approached by management with a very sincere and large apology, would NEVER step foot in the place again!

Mid afternoon on Saturday, Ms. Lindsay called me to say my bid had been accepted on an item, and that it was mine if I still wanted it. I replied yes, and she said, then it's yours. I said I'd come to pick it up shortly. Not five minutes later, Ms. Lindsay called me back to say she had just sold the item to someone who was willing to pay more. I understand the purpose of such a sale is to make as much money as possible for the estate owners, but after you've reached a gentleman's sales agreement with a client, it's rather appalling that you renege.
