The owner has a beautiful sense of style, and I swear my blood pressure drops to normal as soon as I enter. It is so relaxing and beautiful! Updated: Just revisited again on Father's Day. Purchased Ostrich feather duster and a pretty hand thrown white ruffled edge clay plant pot. I l o v e this oasis. The building and interior is a little spot in paradise and I always look forward to visiting and browsing. The owner is so very nice, and she wraps each item you purchase in such a special way. They do a great job cleaning the upholstered furniture, they are upfront about any defects and price furniture fairly. There's a couple tuck n' duck parking spots behind the building. Always pleased with my purchases. It can be a bit tricky to to find a spot to load up purchases. I think they may have delivery/pickup. Sometimes the prices on dishes, baskets, decor are out of line high with the product.

The original mattress was too high and Betsy had that taken care of and then the mattress was too soft So Betsy not only honored their guarantee but was most helpful in helping pick a mattress that would be better suited to my personal needs. All through out the process she remained professional and efficient. I would advise anyone seeking a new mattress or adjustable platform to seek Betsy out.

The worst customer experience in the history of retail. Waited all day for box spring delivery…read more They finally acknowledged they forgot to put box spring on the truck, and the next fleet of trucks for the following day had been loaded and they would not accommodate us. We spent one night in a hotel. The next day MartressFirm told us we'd have to rent a truck to get the box spring ourselves. When we asked for a credit they told us we'd have to wait 5 days. The "manager" Betsy was not helpful. Her area manager Maxine was not helpful. Her District Manager Roberto was not helpful. I've begun making calls to Regional and VP of stores. Next up are calls to the CEO Mr Fazio. Meanwhile they have $300+ of our money. We are out the money for one hotel bill. We called Cardi's - they have same item in stock, will deliver by 3pm. Stay away from MattressFirm. Losers. They do not deserve one star.
