I'm the only one here. I only work here two days a week. This is an issue for City Council. There are multiple kids' camps happening right now" is unacceptable. If there are multiple kids camps happening, it's even more imperative that a bunch of unknown dogs aren't running around on the same fields, isn't it? This is an issue I have called the Sports Park about multiple times. Why isn't it being addressed? There is a large off-leash dog park nearby in Lake Forest. It is negligent for the management of the Sports Park to leave this unattended, when residents have reported it multiple times. Are you waiting for a child to get mauled before there is a protocol or enforcement? Also, I'm not saying that the person at the front desk is the one who is responsible for this; clearly his hands were tied with multiple responsibilities and this really is a management and security issue. But if that is how he is going to respond to a Lake Forest resident (who should have equal opportunity to safely use this park) who voices a safety concern, please ensure he receives some training. Also, please make sure those leading your group classes don't take photos of class participants and post them online without their permission. This is also really unprofessional.

Came here for a volleyball tournament at 8am. Was able to find plenty of street parking not too far…read morefrom the facility. Otherwise, you could pay to park at Clava. It's still winter season so the facility was FREEZING. Everyone had on layers and blankets. I would assume summertime may be pretty miserable here without a/c. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean given how crowded it gets during vball tournaments. There's 2 benches at each court. Highly suggest you bring your own fold out chairs. Gets pretty crowded at every court. There's large heavy curtains separating each court, which also does a decent job of preventing balls from flying into other courts. Snack bar was overpriced for sure but that's expected. However, the older Asian woman who was working today (2/21/26) is so unnecessarily RUDE! The cashier made a mistake and didn't enter our full order, but still charged us for it. When my husband went to pick up our food, he let the cashier know that we were missing 2 items (hot dog and chicken teriyaki rice bowl). Cashier spoke to an Asian man whom I assume may be the manager and made him aware of the mistake. He offered to get the missing 2 items out ASAP. No big deal. We later came back to check if they were ready and see a hot dog and rice bowl sitting at the counter. Husband asked if those were our missing orders and the older Asian woman gave him an attitude. Apparently they were assigned a new ticket number instead of the original one that came with our order. She asked if he was #69 and he said no, but that those appears to be his missing order. Instead of checking with the team to confirm where his missing order was, she snapped at him and said that it's for order 69 and then says "Are we done here?" and walks away. The Asian guy comes out and confirms that they were ours and to disregard the lady. The rest of the staff were nice but that Asian lady needs a serious attitude check. -1 star for her stank attitude. Overall, it's a decent facility in a nice area.

I think we got here perfect time as we were able to park on the street where there private parking lot was at, so we didn't have to walk far. $20 entrance fee, they accept card or cash. If you park in the private parking lot, it's also $20. They have 2 bleachers on each side on the court. Our whole team family was unable to fit on 2 bleachers, so it's good we brought chairs, stadium seats (a must for bleacher seating for these long games!), etc. We like it here cos they have long black drapes between courts, so you're not distracted by the other games going on. I'm not sure how many courts they have but some courts are exposed to foot traffic while others are enclosed. We were so bothered by this because people are so rude, trying to walk by while our girls are serving or stopping right dead in front of them. Like people have no common courtesy. They have an open food court area with plenty of seating and lots of drink, food options including hot foods but it gets busy, sometimes the wait is 30mins, so keep that in mind if you have something you want to order but only have an hour break. There are also some picnics tables out front as well. During the break, there was a Mexican fruit cart outside the parking lot, but I don't know how much he was charging.

I've had an outstanding and truly life-changing experience with this fitness program. Within just…read morethree months, I lost approximately 17 pounds of body fat while also building muscle, which significantly improved my overall body shape. This transformation did not happen by chance--it required strong commitment and consistency. I wake up at 5:00 AM every day, drive about 25 minutes, and start my workout at 6:00 AM for a full hour. The structured program, supportive environment, and disciplined routine have been essential in keeping me on track. One of the standout features of this place is their use of advanced tools and professional equipment to monitor progress. They track body composition, fat loss, and muscle gain with great precision, making the entire process clear, measurable, and highly motivating. In addition, the team provided me with a professionally designed and well-structured diet plan tailored specifically to my goals. The nutrition program is practical, healthy, and extremely effective in delivering real, lasting results. One of the most noticeable signs of my progress was having to replace many of my clothes because they became too loose--clear evidence of the transformation I've achieved. Mehdi and his wife run this business with exceptional professionalism. It truly feels like a well-managed family business, which I deeply respect and always prefer to support. Occasionally, their son joins the workouts, adding a warm, personal touch and positive energy to the environment. If you're looking to lose weight naturally and in a healthy way--without shortcuts or injections--this is the right place. With your commitment, combined with their structured program and strong team support, achieving your goals is absolutely possible. Highly recommended. I had a great and really different experience with this fitness suite. In just three months, I was able to lose about 17 pounds of body fat and build muscle at the same time. As a result, my body shape changed dramatically and improved. This success was completely dependent on commitment and discipline. I wake up at 5 am every day, drive about 25 minutes, and start training for an hour at 6 am. The regular schedule, supportive environment, and positive energy of this complex played a very important role in keeping me motivated and continuing on the path. One of the main strengths of this complex is the use of advanced tools and equipment to accurately check and analyze the state of the body. They professionally track your fat, muscle, and progress, which makes the path completely transparent and measurable. In addition, the team of this complex designed a very professional and targeted nutrition plan for me that was perfectly tailored to my goals. It was healthy, feasible, and very effective, and played a significant role in achieving results. One of the interesting results of this path was that I had to change a lot of my clothes because they no longer fit me--which is a real and tangible change. Mehdi and his wife manage this complex with a very high level of professionalism. This is a true family business, run with commitment, precision, and responsibility. Sometimes their son even comes to the training sessions, which creates an even more intimate atmosphere and positive energy. If you are looking to lose weight naturally, healthily, and without using shortcuts like injections, this is one of the best choices. Of course, personal commitment is very important, but with a careful plan, a professional team, and the support of this complex, achieving results is completely possible. I highly recommend it.

Gym's response alludes to the manager informing me about the 50% off disclaimer over the phone. She did tell me the offer wont apply online because I did the trial class but she did not inform me it only applies to the unlimited class. Both the email and over the phone communication had no mention of what membership offer applies to. After my initial trial class, I was interested in signing up for membership. I received an email with a 50% off your first month offer with zero disclaimers or details such as what type of membership offer applies to. When I clicked the link, offer didnt work so I called the gym. Person over the phone said they can apply the offer in person. When I went to class, front desk told me offer only applies to the unlimited membership. I informed her the email and the person I spoke to didnt tell me that. She asked if I would like to join the class while she checks with the manager. After class she confirmed it only applies to unlimited membership. I told her if the email or person over the phone told me then I would have planned this better bc I will be out of town for the next 2 weeks. Ultimately I did not sign up. The lack of clear communication made me concerned about how future situations might be handled and ended up having to pay for the single class price.

I've recently been using the pool and the treadmill since I'm pregnant, and both have been really helpful for staying active. I do wish they offered yoga classes specifically for pregnant women that would make the experience even better.

PROS: - The Lake Forest location has a much more mature clientele as compared to other LA Fitness locations in Irvine. Not as many high-school kids or young women with cameras filming themselves here. So if you just want to focus entirely on your workout, with as little distraction as possible, this is the place. - Further to the mature clientele mentioned above, you don't get as many muscle heads hogging machines for hours or women there who want to show off their assets for the world to see. So you get more of a relaxed environment on the workout floor. Same goes for the basketball court and swimming pool. - They have all the machines you will need for complete training, and they're pretty well maintained. CONS: - This location has ventilation issues. So if you're at the back of gym where the squat racks are where fresh air isn't flowing, it can be a bit suffocating. Becomes a bigger issue if someone there has body odor. - As someone else mentioned, it seems they're short on maintenance staff, because the paper towel dispensers in the men's locker room always seems to be empty. - If you're into squats, you might not be happy, as there are only three (3) racks available. (Doesn't come close to the 10 racks available at the Barranca location in Irvine.
