Wow - my car looks better than the day I drove it off the showroom floor! I had a few dents/door dings, and the repairs were quick, affordable, and undetectable after the work. I was a bit skeptical of the ceramic process, but nearly 3 months later it is the best thing that I've ever done to my car. I had swirls and aging paint even though I always washed my car with great care here at the house. After 3 1/2 years, my car looks brand new, and washing/drying it is amazingly easy and effortless. Thank you Team A81 - You have a lifetime customer!

A mutual friend referred me to Adan to help fix the hail damage I received this past summer.

We hired this at-home auto body repair service, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I…read morewas charged $800 for work that honestly looks like something worth maybe $200 at best. The quality just wasn't there--uneven finish, visible flaws, and overall not what I expected given the price. What made the situation even worse is that the reviews I relied on don't match what I experienced. After dealing with him, it really feels like some of the glowing reviews may not reflect genuine customer experiences, which is frustrating when you're trying to make an informed decision. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wish someone had warned me. Save your money and go with a reputable, established shop instead.

I was quoted $700 for a dent repair, but once the job was finished, he told me he "would've charged…read more$1,000 for this kind of repair" and raised the price to $900. The pricing communication only came after the work was done, which felt unclear and frustrating. The repair quality was not what I expected: the wheel well body line is crooked, the dent area is wavy, and the paint doesn't match -- it looks matte, almost like there's no clear coat. When I pointed this out, he insisted it looked like the other side (it didn't) and told me I "couldn't expect perfection," which isn't acceptable for "professional" body work. To make things worse, when I picked up my car, the window had been left open during the repair and the interior was covered in toxic dust and debris, so l spent an hour cleaning it out so it was drivable. I paid $800 in cash, but overall the experience was disappointing. I wouldn't have problem paying the $800 if the repair looked acceptable. Now it's going to ultimately cost me more money to have my car repaired correctly. There are better, more reliable options out there with reviews that reflect the quality of work you can expect.

Let me start off by saying this shop does good work. I had scheduled my car for repair and they…read morecompleted it in a timely fashion and overall it looks pretty good. The day I pick up the vehicle, I was so excited about the cleanliness of the repaired damage, I took a video of it on my phone before I left the shop. Shortly after I left, my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sensor) light came on indicating that one of my tires had low pressure. So I immediately called the shop and informed them of what happened, then pulled over to check if I had ran over a nail or something. It appeared that one of my tires had been slashed. It appeared to be holding pressure and Unfortunately I had already driven too far to make it back to the shop before they closed so I waited until the next day to bring it in. It is now the next day, I informed them of the situation and explained to them that the TPMS light was not on when it came in for repairs and that I had not stopped/parked the vehicle after I left the shop so the only place it could've taken place was at their facility. Now I'm not saying they caused the puncture but this is not the type of puncture caused by running over something in the road. It looks more like my tire was slashed with some sort of knife. More than anything i just wanted my car back the way I gave it to them(in regards to nothing wrong with mechanicals/anything related to wheels or tires). But they were quick to point blame at anything or anyone else besides. Reviewing the video I took, I was able to notice the slash. Mind you, I had not even started the vehicle at the time I took the video, indicating that the slash had to have been done between when I dropped the vehicle off for repair and when I picked it up post completion. I filed the claim on the 23rd of February, and took the car in for repairs on the 25th of March. During that entire time frame (and before) I havd never had the Tpms light come on. Needless to say, I will not be giving them any more of my business, I would just appreciate some honesty. Not just some people looking to make a profit.

Based on their very high rating on Yelp I visited Quality One Dent on Dec 17 2024, for a repair…read moreestimate for front end damage on my 2025 Volvo XC60. While examining my vehicle the estimator Paul allowed the hood to free-fall onto the safety catch, which was still in an up position, likely because it was not functioning correctly due to the front end damage. I saw this as it happened, but not quickly enough to prevent it. We opened the hood again to find the frame of the safety catch now pushed down inside the surrounding platform. Paul immediately apologized and said, 'that's on me.' He tried to return the safety latch back to its original position but failed. He then asked for the keys and drove the vehicle inside their shop to repair the catch. He returned with the latch held in place by duct tape surrounding the frame of the catch (you can see this in the photo attached to this review). He assured me they would 'take care' of this when I brought the vehicle back for repair of the front end damage. Upon receiving their repair estimate via email later that day I noticed it included a line item for $96.47 for the safety catch. The line item showed labor was 'included.' At this point I decided it may be better to take the vehicle to a certified Volvo repair center because the estimate from Quality One indicated they were not qualified to re calibrate the front end camera. I returned to Quality One later that same day to ask for compensation for the broken safety catch. Paul seemed willing to compensate me for the damaged catch, but then the owner PJ was called in. PJ basically said as far as he was concerned the safety catch was already broken and I should just have insurance cover that cost as part of the overall repair. I tried to reason with him, but he wouldn't budge. This has been very upsetting for me, as Paul clearly admitted to breaking the frame of the safety catch. At this point there is nothing I can do but post this review as a warning to others who are considering using Quality One Dent for their repairs.

All Danielle the Business Manager has done is confirm exactly what I said. They didn't fix my car…read moreright and it was extremely difficult and exhausting to get Quality One Dent to admit their mistake and fix it. Exhaustingly and after much dialogue they made a second attempt to re-install the same exact bumper. Interestingly, after their second attempt it aligned better - so it was poor quality the first time! It was the exact same bumper and it was never replaced with an OEM bumper so why couldn't they admit it was shoddy workmanship and as Danielle stated "take great pride in their work and commitment to customer satisfaction" - and fix it correctly. Ultimately, they could improve the result - they just didn't want to! Look at the attached pictures (and also my previously supplied pictures) and you be the judge. These were MY photos - not Quality One's photos. After two attempts, with the SAME exact bumper, ironically, they were able to realign better. Because of Quality One Dent's refusal to accept that the first install was terrible, BOTH sides were difficult - including Quality One Dent. After holding onto our car for many, many weeks, and when it was apparent they had to make a second attempt to install correctly, now all of a sudden Quality One Dent had no room for my vehicle at their lot. They had no problem with the multiple weeks they sat on it at their lot (when they said they would only need it one week) but now because they're angry and unwilling to work with their customer, they wanted us to take it home with the initial bad install and shoddy workmanship and bring it back later. Ridiculous and very transparent their intentions. Incredibly unprofessional.
