Let me start off by saying this shop does good work. I had scheduled my car for repair and they completed it in a timely fashion and overall it looks pretty good. The day I pick up the vehicle, I was so excited about the cleanliness of the repaired damage, I took a video of it on my phone before I left the shop. Shortly after I left, my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sensor) light came on indicating that one of my tires had low pressure. So I immediately called the shop and informed them of what happened, then pulled over to check if I had ran over a nail or something. It appeared that one of my tires had been slashed. It appeared to be holding pressure and Unfortunately I had already driven too far to make it back to the shop before they closed so I waited until the next day to bring it in. It is now the next day, I informed them of the situation and explained to them that the TPMS light was not on when it came in for repairs and that I had not stopped/parked the vehicle after I left the shop so the only place it could've taken place was at their facility. Now I'm not saying they caused the puncture but this is not the type of puncture caused by running over something in the road. It looks more like my tire was slashed with some sort of knife. More than anything i just wanted my car back the way I gave it to them(in regards to nothing wrong with mechanicals/anything related to wheels or tires). But they were quick to point blame at anything or anyone else besides. Reviewing the video I took, I was able to notice the slash. Mind you, I had not even started the vehicle at the time I took the video, indicating that the slash had to have been done between when I dropped the vehicle off for repair and when I picked it up post completion. I filed the claim on the 23rd of February, and took the car in for repairs on the 25th of March. During that entire time frame (and before) I havd never had the Tpms light come on. Needless to say, I will not be giving them any more of my business, I would just appreciate some honesty. Not just some people looking to make a profit. read more

With many body shops to choose from, this should not be on any list to consider. The owner is nice and will give you promises. Do not be fooled. The promises aren't kept, your timeframe will likely get pushed back, and you will have to be the one calling about your car, not them. Expect to not see your car for over a month. Quality is below average. They order used parts. My uncle runs a body shop, repairs can be timely with ordering parts and all that. This shop prefers to take their time. Seems like others are saying the same. Do not go here for either out of pocket or insurance. STAY AWAY. read more

Brought my daughter's vehicle in to be repaired after a hit run accident. They had her vehicle for 5 weeks. I asked them to keep us updated on the progress starting when they received her vehicle from the tow company. We received ZERO communication from them during this time. I had to reach out to them for any progress. I did ask the manger/owner to keep me posted and he assured me that they would. The only time they called us was when the vehicle was done. Extremely frustrating with the communication. I was even good with the timeframe that got pushed twice. Brought my wife's vehicle in for an estimate when we picked up my daughter's vehicle. Someone hit her vehicle last weekend. We did get an estimate and a second one from another local shop. We're going with the other shop which had a higher price. The only reason is for the lack of communication from 3G's. They did do a good job on my daughter's vehicle. They didn't repair the driver's side mirror which was a little frustrating but we'll live with it or replace it on our own. Not worth the frustration. Would give them at least a 4 Stars for their work and 1 Star for their communication. Be prepared for zero communication. read more

First off I have to say that the paint on my car was in bad condition from being parked near a structure fire, so I did not have high expectations. I wanted to paint the whole car since insurance was going to pay for about a 1/3 of it anyway, however, their price was way too high so I opted for just the repair. The car was damaged in an accident and needed a front and rear bumper, front left fender and hood repaired. I was told that the panels would be blended to minimize the obvious difference between the new and the old paint. Clearly, this never happened. They painted the new pieces and slapped them on the car, and it looks worse than it did before the accident. Additionally, I was told they would need the car for a week and they ended up keeping it for two. Finally, I received a text message from their automated system telling me the car was ready and I went to pick it up at about 3:30 on a Friday. When I showed up, I could hear the owner complaining that I showed up without calling first and the car was dirty in the back lot. Apparently, the automated system made a mistake. I sent the owner an email with pictures of the horrible work but never received a call back. Look at the pictures and decide if you want them touching your car. read more

After picking it up the third time the car was still not put back together correctly. So I had to wait for them to fix it. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

One of the absolute worst customer service experiences I've ever had! Not only was the manager very rude, they damaged my vehicle! I took my BMW in here to have the whole car exterior detailed. Washing, buffing, etc. when I went to pick the car up around five hours later, both of the BMW emblem's were chipped off and totally ruined! The person doing the car was so careless that they didn't even bother to cover up the emblems good for running the polisher over the car. Not only did they mess up the emblems, they also peeled back some of my weatherstrip around the front windshield, and added some interesting circular scratches to my hood that were never there before. When it was brought up with the owner he did not apologize, did not even try to fight it (which tells me that this must've happened before) just called and found someplace to get replacement emblems for the car. Very dissatisfied with the services provided. It seems like they're only good reviews come from auto bodywork, but if you want your car detailed NEVER let these people touch it! read more

What an amazing place!! Jeff was very informative and took time to talk to me about what was happening with my claim and how to proceed with everything the insurance company was telling me. He knew my car was important to me and wanted to help me in any way he could!! His staff is unbelievable as well, when i went to get my belongings out of my car everyone there treated me as if i was the one paying them to be there!! Unfortunately, my car was a total loss and i did not have any work done here this time. 3 G's had my truck for 2 weeks and tried to give the truck back to me with a dent still in the bed area...and the body molding had a 3 inch gap where it did not meet the body. The repair work done was NO WHERE close to the undamaged other side of the vehicle. Also there is a gap in the body molding on the front of the vehicle....that again, DOES NOT match the undamaged other vehicle side. This was my first experience with this company. I will not be back. Geoff says "well the good news is that the body work is done, bad news is your car won't start". My new car with less than 20,000 won't start. He says it must be the alternator. And it was dead when I dropped it off. I might have believed that but after having it towed to the dealership and the battery replaced, I picked it up FILTHY. I tried to take my car there to repair some hail damage. I was told that I could bring my Progressive estimate in, and that they would start by taking a look at that, and then they would call me and setup and appointment for me to bring my car in to be repaired. Well that was on 08/08/2014. I still have not gotten a call from them. After a week went by I stopped in there becuase no one ever answers the phone. The owner was rude and told me that it was awful that I had Progressive as an insurance company and they are so hard for the body shops to deal with. (I'm sorry if you are getting paid I don't see what the problem is). If you don't want to work with an insurance company, then just say so. The owner made me feel like I was a horrible person for having my car insurance through a reputable company. Don't go here is you want good customer service, or a timely repair. read more

What a great place!! It is so hard to find reputable businesses to work with sometimes, especially as a female that doesn't know much about auto body repairs. I brought our car in thinking I had rust marks, the technician was so kind and professional! Instead of selling me repairs that weren't necessary, he gave me some touch up paint and told me that due to the small size of the rust spots, I'd be better off touching them up myself. After my Nissan GT-R was rear-ended, I went straight to Three G, since they had previously done a nice job fixing some body damage on my Mustang. Geoff and his team meticulously rebuilt the entire back-end of my GT-R and repainted it like new. This was an extensive repair, with new quarter panels, trunk, bumper, wing, exhaust, tail-lights, everything replaced part-for-part, weld-for-weld. If you are looking for good customer service do not go to this body shop! I went in for an estimate. Someone came out to talk to me about what I wanted to have estimated. He was condescending and talked over me the whole time. He did not listen to my answers. He was basically an arrogant jerk who was more concerned about showing me how much he knows then trying to help me get my car fixed. I ended up asking for my keys and leaving before the estimate was complete. There's plenty of other places I can take my business to that won't treat me this way. Very pleased! I called for an appointment for an estimate and they were very professional. It took several weeks to be able to get my car in, but ALL auto repair shops are 4-6 weeks backed up. Three G's worked with my insurance company and helped me get a rental car (through my insurance). They kept me informed of their progress and made sure I was happy with the result.
