Behind not taking more video of my parents while they were alive, taking my car here is the 2nd biggest thing I regret in my life. I say this as a guy who has cracked ribs, 1 divorce, 2 kids, and several state-to-state moves. My car was totaled-out while hail repairs were being done, leading to State Farm needing a refund for work not done. What happened next was easily close to 50 hours on the phone over 4 months. These idiots could not figure out how to mail a check to State Farm. The postal service wasn't their jam. "Lost in the mail" "We had a guy that did it..." "got stolen" (north of the 10k reporting max? Sure. Whatever.)Until this point, I thought they were trying some sort of 'conversion' to hang onto the deposit State Farm gave them before my car was totaled. There was no way anyone could be this dumb, and it had to be on purpose. 4th (alleged) check is a charm, and...it gets lost at/within State Farm. I finally talk to a real human at State Farm (you know how hard it is to get to this point?!) and he says, "I've...never seen anyone do this. They just sent the check to general claims. No claim number on it. Nothing. Of course it got lost." Checks allegedly sent without tracking (who sends anything without tracking?!), callbacks never returned, that indefinite feeling that if it takes 4 months for them to get money back to state farm, why not 6...8 months. Had an inch long dent in my BMW X3 M40i hood (toward the front) from a garage tool that fell on it and about a 12-18" section of scratches in the rear bumper from the garage door. The hood is aluminum which is harder to work with compared to sheet metal but they still fixed it via paintless dent repair...looks new! They sanded the rear bumper w 1500, 3000 grit and then buffed it...again excellent results. Very happy with the work they did and the cost was reasonable. PDR is awesome and these folks know what they are doing. Will not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend. read more

These guys did not keep in touch with the responsible party's insurance adjuster (not mine), kept the car too long, and therefore I got stuck with a huge rental car bill of more than $1,500. They do not return phone calls or keep their promises. Take your business somewhere else! read more

Do not use this business to repair your car! The owner Rick may look professional and honest, but he is far from it. I have known him for 5 years. I built this company with him. I do not know about the quality and safety of the repairs because I am no longer there, but the way he treats his technicians and his business partners is far from honorable. I served customers at this place for 5 years. I did it with passion and for the future and growth of the company - did not take a salary for months ... and all these only to be forced to leave the company with $42k that was never reimbursed. Autostream 360 Exceeded My Expectations About a month ago, I had 5 dings repaired on my Prius at Autostream 360 using Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). I received three quotes, of which Autostream 360 was the most reasonable. Four of the dents were small and one was more substantial. Other locations planned to fix the larger dent by replacing the car's rear quarter panel, but Alex said he was 99+% sure he care for all five using PDR. The finished work is outstanding. Awesome, perfect service, and ALL the hail dents are magically gone (even a couple that pre-dated the hail damage). I literally can't find them. Really, how is that possible? The metal is literally back to the same mint condition that it was when it rolled off the factory floor. While our car was at AutoStream360, we went shopping for cars at the dealership. Some of the dealership's cars also had hail damage that had been repaired, and you could totally see where all the hail damage was. So clearly the dealerships are not even remotely as good at hail dent repair as the guys at AutoStream360. At the end of the day, I needed a shop that had both the right tools and the right skills to do the repair to the highest level of perfection. AutoStream did it! read more

"Pay No Deductible!" I thought the flyer was too good to be true; ends up indeed I paid no deductible. I had over $3000 of hail damage, and I paid NOTHING for the repairs! They waived the amount the insurance doesn't pay. My vehicle is now prettier than before the storm, for they fixed the little dings and dents that were there already as part of the repairs. I have had two positive experiences with AutoStream 360. I had done some research for my own vehicle and ended up recommending them to my Sister-In-Law who needed her rear bumper repainted. Alex was and is a great point of contact and made us feel comfortable bringing her car there. The work was done professionally and on time. The second experience with Auto Stream was a little over a week ago and I am very satisfied for a myriad of reasons. My teenager had backed up into the front right of my wife's car and caused a dent in a very tricky position to fix as well as caused scratches. I wanted to try paint less dent removal as the car has high miles and we will be selling it soon. Alex gave me a quote and said they would touch up the scratches and do the best they could in the dent/crease. I received a call from Alex and he stated that in the shop under the lights the damage to the front was going to be very difficult not only due to its location but the fact that the car had had paint repair in the past and he thought the paint would crack. I told him to just do the best that he could, however, I was concerned how the bill would be addressed. I had images in my head of going back-and-forth trying to come up with a new price as the repairs we're not going to be completed as we had originally hoped. When I went to pick up the car Alex and Rick (one of the owners) came out and show me that although the damage was significantly improved they had had to stop because the feathered paint from the previous damage repair from the past was going to start cracking and it would look worse. I was concerned as to how the bill would play out but they just looked at me and said that even if I was satisfied with what they had been able to do that they weren't and that they would not charge me anything. Integrity and a business model like this is rarely seen these days. I highly recommend and highly trust this business and I feel 100% comfortable with my recommendation to others. read more

Rick was terrific. I had received a mailer, which I would have normally thrown away, that offered 2 free door ding repairs. Since I had 2 door dings, I decided to look into it. So glad that I did. I ended up with nothing out of pocket to have all my hail damage taken care of including some not caused by the storm. Rick drove me down to pick up my rental and picked me up when I dropped the rental back off. When the insurance company delayed the process of getting someone out to agree with the repairs, they got extra guys on getting it completed before I left town for work.
