Amir arrived with all the proper equipment to handle my slammed vehicle: he brought a flatbed, ramp, and blocks.. Amir's personality also inspired confidence. Some tow drivers can be resentful if you micromanage the job. Amir actually asked me to keep an eye on one side while he kept an eye on the other, which I appreciated. Four eyes are better than two. Also, he didn't pull the car all the way to the front of the bed because that might've caused some damage from unavoidable angle changes. He let the car dangle slightly off the back, but firmly secured my car with straps over the wheels. Very thoughtful approach and execution.
