I really lucked out today by calling Alladin! I needed a tow for my DeLorean, an old, rare, very low sports car with a broken ball joint and the lower control arm resting on the inside bottom of the wheel. This caused the car to sit even lower and rolling the car would cause further damage. When Aladdin arrived, he and I talked through a few options. We were able to jack the front up enough to remove the wheel. Aladdin then supported the LCA with a wood block and some tire skates. Once loaded, Aladdin showed the same professionalism and precision with unloading the car at my house. I'm very impressed with the speed and quality of service. I was locked out of my vehicle and waited on AAA for 1.5 hours at midnight with no update on service. I called and was told they could arrive in 15-30 minutes. Predictably as soon as I confirmed my location, AAA decided they were ready to arrive. When I offered to reimburse them a fair rate anyway for the late PM/early AM distress call, it was respectfully declined. Alladdin answered my phone call Saturday night at around 10pm on Memorial day weekend. Normally I use AAA for any roadside or towing issues, but in this case my Jeep had broken down in Oakland in a bad spot and I needed fast help from a full size tow truck. This was a great experience, something that I have not always had with towing companies. Alladdin was on time a little early is anything. Very knowable about what he was doing. Taking a car to CHP for a Vin verification he loaded the car to the right of the truck bed which allowed the officer easy access to inspect the vin. Got my car to where it needed to be again a little early for my appointment. Then returned it to my home. Everything went smoothly, going both ways.
