I asked how much for all three boards and they quoted me $41. 61. I'm new to buying wood so I figured that was a normal price. I didn't check the receipt after I'd paid (my fault) and I went home happy and excited to make stuff. It wasn't until a few days later that I found my receipt and saw they'd charged me $416.14 for three boards. These prices are far above the national average for wood and they don't post prices at the rack. Had I bought these boards anywhere else I would have paid far less. An example, I paid $21.60 a linear foot for the walnut. That's about $32.40 a board foot. S2S online is $14.99 a board foot. I paid more than double to have two extra sides surfaces and sanded. My whole purchase should have costed less than $200. I can't speak for the rest of their merchandise, but if you're buying hardwood don't go here. Update: Brisco True Value in AG charges $11.99 a bd ft for walnut, $6.15 for maple, and $7.59 for cherry. My purchase there would have been approximately $171.53 before taxes and fees for the amount I purchased. I will be shopping there from now on.

Bryan was hired to diagnosis existing sprinkler/irrigation system and repair as needed. After his repairs we have a leaking valve and a timer set to get off multiple times within an hour. I tried to reach out to have the issues fixed but I was only told that the valve was not leaking when he was there (2 days ago) and that the system just needed to be reset. I didn't hire someone to tell me to reset my system after they worked on it. I never heard back from him again. This seems like a very small operation where projects take longer than quoted. They had 1 truck and 1 trailer and had to keep leaving to go to the dump or to get new supplies or to return rented equipment.

Our landlord decided to replace the doors in our condo, and each door has taken 2-6 months to be completed. We received the wrong door plate for one, and it took several months, and numerous calls, to get it resolved. In 2 + years, only 5 out of 11 have been completed, Recently our landlord passed away suddenly, but shortly prior had told us that after several unanswered phone calls, he went to the shop and found they had the rest of the doors. When we tried to arrange to finish the project, our calls went unreturned, and when we FINALLY got someone on the phone, WE were blamed and lied to. We located a vehicle that could haul our old doors to their shop, since they were unwilling to pick them up, and dropped off the remaining 6 doors. Due to the passing of our landlord, we found the project had to be postponed until the estate is settled, we wanted our old doors back, so our bathrooms, etc, were not open spaces indefinitely. We were told our doors would be left for us outside, during the rain. When we went to get them, we were told the garbage man had taken them. With the amount of time and money we, and our landlord, have spent on this project, one would think they would, at the very least, offer to bring them to us. So much for trying to support a local business!!!
