Had a great experience here! I called ahead of time to get a quote ($52 for a DOJ only livescan for work). I arrived on a Friday morning around 11am. There was nobody else there. The man at the front was so quick and speedy! He quickly double checked how much it would cost ($52, the same price he quoted on the phone) and then got to work! He took my fingerprints super quickly and then I paid. In total, I truly think I was in there for less than 5 minutes. So fast and easy! Sidenote: You can find AA Live Scan Fingerprints in the building called "The Oaks." There is ample parking and they are suite 138. In the directory, they are named "Fingerprinting". I called ahead for a price quote and if you let him know exactly what you need he'll tell you how much. I needed fingerprinting and it was so reasonable! Service was great, safe and quick! I really wish I came to this place first because my fingerprints were rejected 3 times (post office, private place, police department) by the FBI before I came here. I had even gone to the police department and received a letter attesting they took the best possible prints but those prints were still rejected by the FBI. I was so impressed with Sam's can do attitude. I went to his office to renew my RN nursing license and have never passed the live scan. He was determined to try his best and told me he is positive. He took his time taking each finger meticulously with the gel and placing the digits on the scanner. Previously I had gone to the sheriff's department and was unsuccessful. Maybe they were rushed! My wife and I went today for fingerprinting. My wife previously failed fbi review of 3 fingerprintings by the ink method. But with Sam's Status with the fbi and doj, he can do live scans for foreign residency. Other stores could only offer ink because they required a form from the requiring party who has an assigned number with fbi. Foreign countries have no such form or link. But certain providers like Sam have this authority to use live scan for what we need. The live scan method gave instantaneous rejection of several of my wife's prints. Sam redid each until accepted by the fbi. So don't waste time and money with other options, and instead go to Sam. Also he gets results back from the fbi in 24 hours. None of the stores we went to before could give us such speedy answer. read more
