My wife and I closed on a house in Wisconsin, and we needed some documents notarized. Philip Horn came out to our place on time if not a bit early from what I recall to help notarize our documents. There was a crap ton of documents that we had printed, and he looked through all of them with us making sure to not miss a single signature or initials. He was incredibly thorough and was very patient with the paperwork in front of him. He had no problem with the logistics of the paperwork being from Wisconsin. During the hour or so he was at our house, he was also incredibly pleasant and kind to talk to. We had no problems whatsoever with the documents we sent we had signed, which is no surprise given how thorough he was.
