The front door lock in my Victorian era home failed and I couldn't get it open. I called these guys based on their great reviews. They got out there within a couple hours and the amazing locksmith was not only able to get the old deadbolt open. He was also able to fix the 100+ year old lock right on the spot. We needed two locks replaced on two doors. A different locksmith (a few years ago) told us we'd have to replace the doors so I was prepared to be told similarly/face a complicated fix. Nope! Anderson's tech - James - was able to replace one of the locks the same day, and about 6 days later he came back to replace the other one (the part needed to be ordered). They only charged for the service call on the first visit ($25), and the prices for install were extremely fair given how expensive the parts themselves were. If ever we need a locksmith again, we'll be calling Anderson. read more

These guys were great. Last night the doorknob to an exterior door broke. The knob just spun and I couldn't open the door. First thing this morning I bought a new doorknob at Lowe's. I disassembled the knob but could not get the bolt/latch part out. This needed a professional. I called them and they came out within a few hours. He used a little air bladder that looked like a blood pressure cuff to crack the door open a bit to allow him to saw the latch off so we could open the door and remove it. Very professional and cleaned everything up. Will definitely use them again. PS I bought the $50 for $35 deal and it was super easy with no hassle. read more

This company is actually a miracle! I can't believe how easy it is to get a key made from these people. I was looking at a trip to the dealership waiting around and paying big money for a key fob for my Volkswagen. I checked out yelp and found these guys. All I can say is wow, just wow. Fantastic, professional local locksmith with many years of experience! I locked myself out of my house and the only way in was through the front door, which had a broken mortise deadbolt. Eric was my technician and he met me within an hour of my call, and had the old lock drilled and a new one installed in about an hour. He even gave me extra keys for the new lock, which was such a small thing but speaks to their high level of customer service. It's hard to find a good locksmith, even more so when you've got a 100+ year old house! Back in December, I called Anderson & Sons in the wee hours of the morning when I realized I had lost my only copy of my car key! I was freaking out... I had to be somewhere and needed to get into that car! The dispatcher was phenomenally kind and let me know that somebody would be over soon. Within 30 minutes, a technician named Don was in the driveway working his magic. I should note, it was absolutely frigid outside and Don did not for a second complain. He opened up my car, then created a new key for me out of thin air. Sorcery! I was so impressed. He also made me an emergency key and explained how to activate it with a brake code if I needed to. Here's the kicker. Guys. This cost me a grand total of...$110! I could go on and on about this business. The customer service, the professionalism, and the expertise... bravo, Anderson!
