Some mobile shredding companies take your documents off site to shred, which Scintilla also offers, but we wanted these documents destroyed on site. They parked the truck by the side door, came in and loaded up the bin and put it straight into the shredder. Watching our old files be destroyed brought peace of mind and it didn't even cost extra. I also love that all the paper is recycled and am always happy to support a local business.

When you call/message/text/stop by, they're going to be realistic about what they can and cannot create, and you'll get a realistic ETA. Second, the product always shines. I've ordered everything from banners and signage to printed materials and stickers, it's all very, very Good. And third, this is my favorite aspect of the biz: they're amazing community partners. I paid $500 to waste 2 days and to end up cleaning a lot myself. The "free" work was because they slacked off, rushed, and did not complete the job the first time. Original: I do not recommend unless you want to waste time and money. The whole experience was so disappointing . First, the timing: I was told that there was a 4 hour window, that they would be here from 8-12. They did not show until 2pm - after I called multiple times. Second, the quality of cleaning was awful. It hardly looked like it had been cleaned, let alone "deep cleaned". There were so many areas that were overlooked. The railings were not even dusted. And this was with 4 workers over 4 hours. Our place is not even 1,400 sqft so I'm not sure what they were doing during that time. This cost us $500. I am adding a star because after complaining- the supervisor/owner did come out and had them re-clean the house. However in hiring cleaners, I would like it to be done correctly the first time. Having to reach out, complain, send pictures, etc. was not worth it at all. Definitely wish we had gone with another company. We have used a couple in abq over the years and never has it been this bad.

We did not expect our home to look brand new once the clean was finished but we did expect that with 16 hours of labor the baseboards would be clean, the light fixtures would be dusted, and there would not be any mold in the bathrooms. We purchased a new home in Albuquerque and were moving from out of state. We wanted to make sure that we did not have to spend days cleaning before we moved in so hired Maid O' Matic based on a recommendation from our realtor. The quote came in at over $1,200 including cleaning of the carpets that are on the second floor of our home. The prior home owners had cleaned the home before close so it was not a foreclosure or anything like that. We expected that for $1200 the house would be pretty spotless. We were told that we would get before and after pictures of the clean since we were out of state. The pictures never materialized even after several requests. We did however have before pictures from our inspections and final walk-through and we know that the difference was not significant. The good news was the kitchen. It was really well cleaned and especially the cupboards they did a great job on. The rest of the house was a different story. The baseboard were super dirty . I was able to clean some of the remaining dirt just using a rag and water. The windows which were supposed to be cleaned looked like they had not been touched. The bathrooms (to be fair to them I am sure there was years of hard water maintenance neglect from the prior owners) were not very clean either. We spent a hours on our own and were able to get them in better shape. When we called to complain they did send a few people back over for a few hours and at least addressed the baseboards....those looked a lot better after the second round. I gave the second star for their willingness to come back but I still can't help but feel like we were taken advantage of because we were out of state. We were hoping to be able to use them for bi-weekly cleans going forward but after this first experience just could not do it.

My partner had been communicating with the owner, Fabian, a few months prior to our arrival about wrapping the camper and also doing other modifications while we were there. We sincerely appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail they provided while doing the wrap and helping us with five other modification and accessories. Besides wrapping the camper, the other projects they helped us with were attaching two awnings, 2 exterior aluminum storage boxes, a propane holder and installing 2 exterior side light bars (sorry if I missed anything)!! After having to wait three days to get the vehicle back into the shop for replacement lettering, I discovered that the employees had NOT been advised of the incorrect placement and leveling, and then I waited another day to receive the vehicle back after attempting to correct the mistake. One side that was in fact replaced, was still crooked. Being in need of the vehicle, I took possession and decided not to utilize this company for any further markings for my business... VERY Disappointed!!!
