This is NOT the place to go for an expedited passport. Disregard anything on their website, including hours of operations and services offered. They cannot do anything special for you other than hold your hand for paperwork. I tried to call to verify services and hours but they don't answer the phone. But since their reviews are so good, I went ahead and filled out and printed all the paperwork online, got my passport photo done at CVS, and then made three trips to the office before finding them actually open. After I signed in and waited my turn, I was informed that they only do regular passport processing with an average 12 week turnaround. Maybe before these current times, they actually offered something of value. And while it's understandable that the current backlog makes them unable to offer their normal options, they should not continue advertising something they no longer offer. A very irritating and time wasting bait and switch. I feel bad for all the other suckers who will fall for this nonsense. read more

I used this company to get a visa to Russia (for June 2019). Before going to their office I had some questions and I was really pleased that the phone was answered promptly by a real person who was polite and knowledgeable. My questions were all answered. I dropped off my passport and accompanying documents and was told it could take to mid-April to receive the visa, but in fact it arrived the first week of April. The person who helped me reviewed all of my documents to ensure that there would be no problems from those pesky Russians. I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received. Beware of their richardson office Don't give your business to AA passport service These people stole my money and didn't give a good service they took 400 plus for their fee plus the department of state fee and they brought me the 26 page passport not the 50 page passport I didn't ask for the 25 page passport and when I call the department of state they said that they were supposed to mention the 50 page passport when I called them they told me it is according to the state department they are the one that gave you the 25 page passport,I told her that it is not true as I called them it looked that you office submitted that I request the 25 page passport in my application and I asked to see a copy of the application they submitted , she replied we dont have a copy which is not true and then she told me that office manager will call me and hung up They are crooks liars and I dont recommend the Richardson Texas office to anyone. update After 2 days I called back their manager told me that they dont know that I travel a lot I told her no one asked me if I want a the 50 page or 28 page and I didn't ask for the small one and my old passport was the 50 page passport so I expected to get the new passport with the same pages. From my own personal experience we avoided the terrible problems other Americans faced when trying to obtain their Biometrics in the UK because they failed to properly fill out the paperwork properly. Went to renew and expedite a passport with paperwork already done etc. Told me to come back next week and would be a week before the paperwork would even be sent. Also told me the longer I wait the more money and for a 10 day turnaround would be $199 plus passport fee and it goes really up from there. I left frustrated but determined and found Cindy's Visas in Farmers Branch. A 20 min drive but well worth the time. She is professional, kind and honest. I needed to update my passport quickly for my job, as my last passport was issued before I 16 years old. I was expecting to get it in 24 hours per the website, but they explained why that would not work for my situation. Additionally, along with their fees, you have to pay the regular passport fees, and drive to another office to "swear in" and sign and pay another $35. I applied on like a Friday and my passport arrived on the next Wednesday, and the Monday was a holiday. I was super impressed and satisfied. People are very nice. No complaint there. But... Paid $150+ for their processing fee (in addition to $170 US Dept of State fee). After paying this you still have to drive to processing office 15-20 min North of their office for additional $25 fee and wait in line. Took an hour to get through the line. No joke. Only to be told that something AA Passport overlooked would prevent me from having application processed. Bummer! Suggestion: If need passport within 2 weeks go to official downtown Dallas passport office. Made an appointment within 24 hrs of calling, and had passport in my hand 48 hrs later. Total cost? $170 passport fee + $20 expedited fee = $190. Need a passport fast? Avoid them and go strait to the source. It'll be cheaper and way faster. You will be happier. read more

I am very sorry to hear of the bad experiences others had with this agency - for me, I cannot relate. I received the most PERSONALIZED customer service from AA Passports. I had just changed my named and had a PAPER driver's license and a RECEIPT for my SS card replacement for new name. Isaac was upfront with me about needing extra documentation and what I needed to do. I followed his directions EXPLICITLY and my passport was delivered 6 DAYS EARLY. I found the staff to be extremely professional and thorough. Their fees are beyond reasonable. Their flexibility is amazing - they were able to help me the day I called while I would have had to wait TWO WEEKS to get a post office appointment. I can't believe these people. I have used Travel Visa Pro for visas in the past, but it requires me to mail my passport. I do not want to do this if it can be avoided. I sent my wife to AA to arrange visas to Viet Nam for the following week. We had reviewed their prices online, and found them to be a bit high, but better than being out of control of your passport. Upon arrival, we were told the consular fee from VN for a single entry, 1 month visa was $180. This is not correct, it is currently $100 ( I called and verified this with the consulate). Then we were told their rush processing is $145. On their website, it notes the price is $95. I confronted the man about this, but he says that they 'just changed the prices, and they're not negotiable." I'm not sure what makes people think they can lie, cheat or steal. If you're expensive, that's great. Just be honest about it up front. We'll never try them again. read more

First off, I am a real customer. I needed to add pages to my passport for travel to Europe in 2 weeks. I took my passport to AA Passport&Visa on Thursday late in the afternoon and I chose three-day service (3 working days) They promised me that my passport would be ready on Wednesday the following week. Their biz card reads "AAPassport and Visas Expedite Services" so I will refer to them as AAP.. I got in a time crunch for passport renewal. These nice folks fixed me up...no muss, no fuss. For an expedited renewal, the U.S. State Dept charges $170. No getting around that. AAP then charges another $108 for their services, which include photography. Here is what you miss by hiring AAP: 1) The telephone time required to schedule an appointment at the downtown passport office. 2) A trip to Walgreens or Kinkos to get passport-size photos. 3) A journey to downtown Dallas. 4) $10 charge to park by the Earle Cabell Federal Building. Do some "one-stop shopping" at AAP and let them get it done (and done right) the first time. P.S.- Be sure to take a check or money order for the State Dept fee. That's the only way the feds will accept it. You can use a credit card for AAP's fee. read more

I was able to expedite the process by selecting 3-5 business days option and I received it right before my trip with a day to spare. I would highly recommend AA Passport & Visa Expedite Services. Theresa answered all of my questions and concerns. I wasn't sure which company to use for renewing my Passport. After reviewing the different agencies I called AA Passport and immediately was put at ease. There's no hidden fees or extra costs for their services, depending on how soon you need your Passport, they have different options to choose from. Theresa called me as soon as my documents reached their office and informed me that my photos were done improperly. ( Don't go to CVS for passport photos) Most agencies will charge you a *fee* to double check your documents before being sent out. Theresa saved me the frustration and weeks that would of been wasted only to have to do it again. AA Passports did not charge me for this service. Theresa held on to my documents and I was able to send another set to her office a few days later. Theresa double checked to make sure I would receive my passport by the time needed, she followed through and was very warm and understanding. The best part of it all.. Theresa called me today to let me know my Passport has arrived and I will be receiving it tomorrow! And by the way, I didn't expect it until late next week. This place is a joke! First of all, I show up on Sunday at 12 and no one is there. There is 4 other people waiting. Then they show up with Starbucks in their hands. And I'm told the weekends are for appointments only. The website shows "walk-in hours" to be 7 days a week. I'm already upset. This place is amazing. First-time application for a trip in 2 weeks from date of coming in, and I wanted until last minute. Not an issue at all for this wonderful service. The representatives are SO kind and fast. They do everything, make copies, take your picture, etc. Just bring your long form birth certificate. $200 for their fee (they take cards), plus the $170 check or money order fee for the post office is a score for 7-10 day service, which was actually 6 total days! The only thing is to be to this office early as the Denton County passport office you have to go swear in at can have long wait times. (you just budget time in prime travel season for this) I got to AA at 12:00pm, went to get my kids from school, and ended up at Denton County at 2:15. Was not seen as they stop pulling people back at 4. Not AA's fault, as government offices just aren't as efficient. I went in late to work the next day and got to Denton County by 7am to get first in line, and I was out of there within 20 minutes of them opening at 8:00am, and to work by 9:00am. AA called me today to get my passport, SIX days after dropping it off sealed from Denton County. This place works wonders. Had I of gone through the traditional post office, there was no way I would've got the passport in 2 weeks, much less 6 days. Now I can peacefully pack for my trip to Mexico without worrying of a passport will arrive. Hats off to AA!! Lifesaver! read more

SCAM FRAUD SCAM FRAUD! I paid $485 for an "expedited" work Visa to Brazil. After not hearing from AA Passport for several days after it was due back, I called and asked about the status. I was given a litany of excuses, none of which mattered a bit to me. No apologies, just BS about the Consulate didn't do this or that. I paid nearly $500 so I wouldn't have to deal with these problems. Bottom line is they accepted payment, didn't deliver (and didn't bother to tell me), and were indignant that I was pissed. They did not uphold their obligation to render services. They never bothered to tell me, and they acted put-out that I had the nerve to actually expect my work Visa and that I was really going to Brazil. See, the challenge is that to get a visa to Brazil you have to book the flight first. The consulate wants to see a return flight! So yes, I had to book the flight to get the visa; and then this goofball company can't deliver. had to find out on my own 36 hours before my flight. Their excuse? First, it was Brazil wasn't issuing anymore visas. "Fine, then surely you have a rejection letter. Let me see it." Nope, just expected me to take her word for it. Then the excuse was that FedEx didn't deliver my application in time. "Fine, let me see the tracking numbers" She said, "We don't have to give them to you." Actually, you do. They are mine. I paid for them. It's right here on my receipt. BUT THEY DON'T EXIST! YOU NEVER SUBMITTED MY PACKET! They couldn't show me a rejection letter from the Consulate. No proof our passports ever made to the Consulate. All they had were verbal excuses and refusal to refund my money. Their solution was less than laughable: "Drive to the Consulate in Houston. I can't get you an appointment until next week, but if you show up and be 'first in line' tomorrow morning, they might issue you a Visa. Or not. It's not my problem now."
