HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! i ordered a bouncy house for my sons birthday. they do not set it up for you, you have to do it on your own. this particular one that they delivered was not the one that i ordered. also, the bouncy house was damaged and would not stay up for long. it was extremely dirty with candy wrappers, soda & water bottles and had what i hope was chocolate smeared all over the inside of the bouncy house. they were closed for the weekend so i had to wait until Monday to contact them before they picked it up. a man stated that he would give me a partial discount for the inconvenience & 3 months in i have not received it, they keep declining the offer from my credit card company stating that they never offered any discount. i am extremely upset with the way they handled this situation. read more

Can't watch the GOAT chase ring #7 without a wicked sturdy flip cup / beer pong table, so I called up AA Rental Center. Delivery was quick and easy just in time for game day. (Football season, baby!) Great place to rent supplies for a bbq! We rented two grills, propane, a few tables and coolers for our BBQ/Wedding this past weekend. Prices were great, they dropped off on time and picked up when promised. The crew was super nice to deal with. Rented plates, coffee pots, tables, etc for my wedding from this establishment. Can you imagine setting up two tables at a small wedding, one for coffee, one for tea, and neither pots of water got hot? 2/5 of all I rented was for coffee and tea service, tables for it, etc., and it was a bust. The guy at the counter tells me he'll check to see if the pots work, promising to refund my money if they don't but he doesn't call back like he said, and I get no answer after calling ten times and leaving messages. A long overdue review - the guys here at AA were great. I rented a tent for a birthday party and had to put in a last minute request for a bouncy house. Thankfully they had one available and added it on to my rental without issues. I did the pickup myself and they helped me load everything into my car and made sure to be careful with the loading so no damage was done to my car. The guys were great. Equipment worked well, except that our people had difficulties setting up the projector screen. Called AA Rental and they sent someone to solve the problem immediately. I signed up for Yelp to write this review. AA Rental Center came recommended by a colleague in Watertown. They have been terrific in helping us with an event in a park. We had to change the order two or three times and then had the original event cancelled due to rain. They were wonderful when we had to cancel and helpful about reordering equipment for a different venue. There was absolutely no fuss. I would definitely use them again. They also use email which makes it much easier to be specific about orders. read more
